They came knocking on my door, even though I have a no soliciting sign. I don’t appreciate that.

  Reply from the business

We’re very sorry our representative knocked after you posted a no‑soliciting sign — that was inappropriate and we understand your frustration. We will review this incident, remind our team to respect posted no‑solicit signs, and update our routing/record notes so it doesn’t happen again. If you’d like confirmation that your address has been marked on our records, please contact our customer service via the phone number or email on our website.

After high winds damaged my roof a couple of winters ago, I chose Prime Roofing & Siding to handle the replacement, and I’m very glad I did. From the initial inspection through the completion of the project, everyone I worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job quickly without sacrificing quality. They also did an excellent job cleaning up afterward, which I really appreciated. A new roof is a major investment, so choosing the right company is important. Prime Roofing & Siding made the entire process straightforward and stress-free, and the finished roof looks excellent. I highly recommend Prime Roofing & Siding to anyone looking for a dependable company that stands behind its work. Thank you for a job well done!

Overall, the service was great! However, I did have an issue with communication with Kevin; my calls began to go unanswered, and I felt as though I was becoming a bother while trying to sort out some last-minute issues.

  Reply from the business

Thanks, Brown, for the kind words about the service overall, and I’m sorry our communication dropped off when you were trying to handle last-minute details. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have, and we’ll be addressing this internally to make sure calls are returned promptly going forward.
