I got three other roofing estimates from contractors on Angi’s list, and two of them were priced far too high. Prime Plus Roofing came highly recommended by people we know, and now I understand why. The price matched my research, they used the same quality roofing materials as the higher-priced companies, and the workmanship was excellent. The crew was very professional and worked hard, staying late to finish the roof and gutter job in one day. The finished result looks perfect, and everything was completed with great care and attention to detail. I highly recommend them for any roofing or gutter repair or replacement needs.

After seeing the great roofing work on another townhome in our development, we quickly reached out to Prime Plus Roofing for an estimate. Our whole roof replacement experience went very smoothly from start to finish. For the estimate, Cole used a satellite view of our roof and put together clear photos and a detailed quote within just a few days. The pricing was right in line with other roofing estimates we received, but this one also included several added items and helpful details that the other roofers did not mention. That gave us a lot more confidence in the scope of work. Communication was excellent throughout the project. Cole answered every email and phone call quickly and took time to explain any roofing questions or concerns we had. Even without meeting in person at first, the process felt easy, professional, and well organized. Scheduling was also handled very well. We were told the timing for the roof job, and although the start was delayed by our association approval, Robert stayed patient and kept everything moving. As soon as the approval came through, the crew was ready to get the project started almost right away. On installation day, the crew arrived early and was very respectful, polite, and mindful of the nearby homes. They worked carefully, protected the areas around the property with tarps, and paid close attention to cleanup during and after the tear-off and installation. When the roofing work was finished, the property looked spotless, and you could hardly tell a full roof replacement had just been completed. After dealing with other contractors on past home projects, this roofing experience really stood out in the best way. The workmanship, communication, and overall service were all excellent. Our new roof looks amazing, has already improved the appearance of our townhome, and gives us peace of mind knowing the materials and installation were handled the right way. We would gladly recommend this roofing team to anyone needing roof replaceme

I had a great experience with Prime Plus Roofing. After a very detailed inspection of my roofline and drainage system, Nathan showed strong knowledge of the gutter and roofing products available and clearly explained how updated gutter protection can help move water away from the roof and foundation more effectively. He helped me understand the benefits of replacing the current gutters with a better system that fits the home’s needs. Nathan was friendly, clear, and thorough throughout the visit. He kept checking to make sure I understood everything, answered my questions in simple terms, and never pushed extra roofing or gutter work that was not needed right now. I also appreciated how he pointed out areas where proper drainage can help protect shingles, fascia, and other roof components over time, especially with heat and seasonal rain. I came away feeling confident in the quality of the materials and the overall service, and I would gladly work with them again. I highly recommend their roofing and gutter services because of the excellent inspection, honest guidance, and professional communication.

We had a full roof replacement done by Prime Plus Roofing after storm damage. We were a little concerned about a few missing shingles, but Marc came out first, inspected everything carefully, and made sure the roof could safely hold until installation day. The crew was able to start sooner than we expected, and the whole roofing job was completed smoothly and efficiently. Communication was easy, and the workers were very respectful whenever we needed to talk with them. I felt confident in the roofing team and also appreciated that the supervisors stopped by to check that everything was on track and being done the right way. They even returned the next day to do an even more thorough cleanup because they wanted the yard and property to look their best. That extra care and attention really stood out. I highly recommend them for roofing work.

Fast service, respectful from start to finish, and strong attention to detail are why I recommend this roofing company. It started with a roof leak over my garage, and after I called, Duane came out the same day to inspect the problem and complete the repair. He explained the patch clearly and let me know that if I decided to move forward with a full roof replacement later, the cost of that repair could be applied toward the new roofing work. I ended up moving ahead with the new roof and was just as pleased the second time as I was with the first repair. The crew was professional, easy to talk to, and careful with the work area. They worked with me on pricing, which I truly appreciated, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. In Tarzana, it is important to have a roof that can handle strong sun and warm weather, and they understood exactly what my home needed. This is a family-run roofing business with solid values, honest service, and quality workmanship, and they deserve the support of the community.

I had a serious roof leak, and I learned it was not covered by insurance. As a new widow, I was worried about how I could handle such a big roofing problem, but Nathan and his crew really stepped in to help. They quickly put a tarp on the roof and secured the damaged area to protect my home from more water intrusion and sun exposure in Tarzana. Nathan took time to inspect everything carefully, explained the damage in simple terms, and gave me a few affordable roofing options to help prevent further issues. I truly appreciated how honest, thorough, and helpful the whole team was. They made a stressful situation feel manageable, and I would gladly have them return for future roofing work.

We woke up in the middle of the night to water dripping from our bedroom ceiling during a big storm. After reading several positive reviews online, I decided to reach out to a local roofing company. Their team came out the same day to inspect the leak and provided us with a fair estimate. Since another heavy storm was expected soon, they promised to return the next day and fix the problem before more rain arrived. When they started the repair, Nathan discovered there was more damage to the roof than we first thought, but they still managed to finish the job without raising the price. The next storm hit hard, but our roof held up perfectly—no more leaks at all. If you need roofing repairs or help with leaks, I highly recommend calling this company. They really know how to handle tough weather in California and give great service.
