  They installed our metal roof in September of 2017. I called them 2 months ago as we still have a warranty on the roof and have 2 or 3 leaks that need to be repaired. They said they would have someone call but no call no show. I'll be calling the texas department of insurance to let them know.

  They Did my parents roof. We spent 13k on it. Problems: Their employees are vulgar and were insulting my father right next to his bed room window. We requested the main one cussing and making offensive comments leave. Turned out to be the uncle of the owner. They also forgot to connect the exhaust from the water heater to the roof vent. Glad the sheet rock had some holes in it or the house would have burned down possibly killing my elderly parents. Upon contact with marcos, the owner, he told us that he had no time to come out and correct his work. We are currently working on a lawsuit against him. You would think that for the amount of money we spent with these people they would be more professional, know what they were doing or at the very least come out and correct their mistake. I would stay far away from these people.

  John, I don't know who your parents are but I don't think it was my company. First of all, we are all very respectful fromm my clean lady to my reception to my crews and owners. That is one thing we do not tolerate is vulgary on the job sites and the only family that works with us are the owners husband and wife. This is the first time I hear about this incident so I am not sure who your parents are and I haven't been suited so I am thinking you might have gotten the wrong company. So sorry this happened to your parents and hope everything worked out.

  I highly recommend Prestige for your roofing needs! Mr. Pena is very honest, professional and easy to work with. He did not try to sell me something I didn't need. I was able to get the type of roofing material I really wanted because his pricing was so match for other estimates. He has a great crew and works side by side with them, too!

  very professional and went the extra effort to make sure that there would be no more leaks. The men showed up on time, cleaned up everything worked long hot hours. finished in 2 days. they did a perfect job!! would highly recommend this company for any roof repair

  Prestige replaced our 18 year old shingle roof. Their home renovation part of the company inspected all our siding and trim, replaced any rotted wood, resealed everything, and repainted all of our siding, trim, and doors. Tricia works in the office and is always patient, kind, and quick to respond. Marco, the owner, came and did an estimate for our roof first and he made a great first impression answering any and all questions and going as far to offer solutions for my ideas. He then had Rudy provide a quote for all the remaining work. When comparing quotes from several popular companies in the area and our insurance company's quote, we found Prestige's prices to be spot on and fair. Robert came out and did all the painting work and was always great to have around. He was always friendly and considerate during the job. He checked for my preferences and satisfaction through all of it. The day the roofing crew came out and worked all day to get it 100% finished and cleaned up. Marco came out several times and made sure things were going perfectly. He made sure I had an stove exhaust vent for my future kitchen renovation and he even made sure the water run off transitioned to our pergola correctly. Prestige went above and beyond for us from start to finish. I 100% recommend them!
