In the spring of 2017 I hired Pressure Point Roofing to tear off my shingle roof and install a standing seam metal roof. About 7 or 8 guys showed up and started the demo. After the install got underway, I ventured onto the roof to have a look. That's when I observed a workman applying 2 tubes of caulking to the exposed wood that the valley metal fell short of covering which was about a foot. I immediately threw the entire crew off the job pending a meeting with the boss. I should mention I'm a retired contractor and am no stranger to construction work. Since I had paid half down for the job and the materials were on site, I agreed to 2 of the lead guys to return and I even agreed to assist. I ended up being the ground crew cutting metal sheets that terminated in the valleys. That was the extent of my installation participation. Turns out the trim pieces installed at the ridge were 4 inches wide when they should have been 8 inch so when the wind blew from a certain direction, water would blow up under the 4 inch metal and micro leak into the insulation. There was never enough water to see and since the ceiling was wood tongue and groove and not drywall, It destroyed an enormous amount of structural beams before it was detected. When I reached out to the company (I was still under warranty), after about 2 weeks waiting for a response, I got a call from the owner saying I had no warranty due to my participation in the install. I performed the extensive repair myself and replaced the insufficient metal trim with code size metal. It doesn't leak now. I wouldn't let this company install a roof on a dog house. I hope this review helps someone out.

I am sorry you had such a poor experience 9 years ago, that was with different management, ownership and roofers, we can only go by the registered warranties and notes that we have on file.

Would not recommend. Would definitely not recommend GAF. Roof was over $26,000 GAF Timberline with a "Golden Pledge" transferrable warranty. Initially, I had them come back because once I measured the lineal feet of …

We had sun tunnels installed by PPR. We were told that the installation of the 5 sun tunnels should only take 1 1/2 days max. However, after 3 days, they had only installed 4 of the 5 sun tunnels. One sun tunnel was *very* misplaced - by 3-4 feet!! This was *after* talking about where it should have been (which was parallel with the other one in the room, similar to the 2 in the kitchen). My wife was even home and said that they should ask if they had any questions, but they never checked in with her. After that major mistake, we decided not to have them install the final sun tunnel in the bathroom. When I contacted PPR to request a discount, due to them taking twice as long as we were told and grossly misplacing one of the sun tunnels, they refused and wouldn't even consider any compensation. In addition, they didn't do well cleaning up the site, and I nearly popped my car tire on a large piece of metal left in the driveway. On the positive side, the sun tunnels work well and haven't leaked. When we had trouble with the covers falling off, over and over again, they did send someone out within a week to fix them. The covers haven't fallen off since. However, since the net experience was overall negative, I would *never* recommend them to anyone and won't use them in the future for anything.

Luke came out to inspect my roof. He was honest, pleasant, and professional. Turns out my roof is in good condition but when it’s time to replace it I’ll be contacting him again.

Pressure Point Roofing not only provided an excellent product but also a superior installation and pre-service inspection. We had several bids on the job and the other bids were no where near as comprehensive and thorough as PP Roofing. After we selected the type and style of roof shingle they then offered additional quality products to better suit our needs. We've had a number of our neighbors getting their roof replaced over the past several years as our neighborhood was built in 2005. No other roofing company has taken the time do quality work as they other roofing companies took only 1-2 days to finish the other roofs and ours took 6 days and the difference is visible. I highly recommend you use Pressure Point Roofing.

It was great to work with you as well. The difference between a good roof and a great roof is intentional. When every thing is installed with detail even things like bathroom fans work better! Again great to work with you for your roofing needs in Eugene Oregon. Always a pleasure to work with positive, kind people. Thank you!
