This started when we noticed water spotting in a couple of the units. Got them out to take a look and they explained what was going on and what the fix would run. The whole thing moved along at a good pace and they checked in with me at each stage so I was never guessing. The new flat roof has been solid ever since and the tenants stopped complaining about drips.

Took us about two months from first to call to finished roof they came out with a week of measure , sent the proposal a few days later , and once we signed they scheduled the work for the following month. The install itself took four days. Communication was steady the entire time no chasing them

we own a small commercial building and the flat roof had been patched too many times. started calling around for replacement quotes and got the usual mix of overpriced and sketchy. premier source came out, did an actual inspection, took photos and sent over a proposal that broke everything down line by line. that alone put them ahead of the other two bids. once we signed off it took maybe three weeks to get on the schedule which was fine. the crew showed up early on day one and the foreman walked me through what they were doing and where they'd be staging materials. tear off was loud but they kept the parking lot usable for our tenants which i appreciated. job took about four days. billing matched the proposal exactly, no surprise charges. roof has been through two big storms since and no issues

Glad the roof is holding up well and the tenants weren’t blocked.

Started getting quotes back in spring for a full replacement on our office building. Premier Source wasn't the cheapest but the rep actually walked the roof and showed us pictures of what was failing. Scheduling took a few weeks but once they started it moved quick. Good experience overall.

Flat roof on our warehouse was overdue and these guys handled it without making it a big production. Quote was clear, no weird add one later. Crew worked around our shipping hours which mattered a lot. Roof looks clean and the seams around the drains feel solid.
