  Meridian Restoration delivered one of the worst contractor experiences I’ve ever had. It was a complete NIGHTMARE. Four out of six skylights had to be repaired or replaced according to Velux. The delays were endless, and their business practices were outright dishonest. The skylight in my Master Bath was literally glued to my shingles instead of installed properly with the required Velux flashing kit. It leaked within a few days after installation(see video). Independent Velux inspectors confirmed the installation was defective and voided the warranty. Meridian promised to allow a certified 5-Star installer, Housework’s to fix everything, then broke that promise and left me with a $5,460 skylight that needs replacement. Beyond that, they botched roof vents and flashing around the chimney, submitted permit photos that weren’t even of my house, and installed solar shades that their team didn’t know how to program. I had to have another contractor program the skylights because Meridians people didn’t know how. If you value your home and peace of mind, avoid Meridian Restoration at all costs. Don’t walk run and keep running

  You said: We won 10,000 awarded by the judge against Mr Wein that tried to find excuses not to pay us for the work we did. We had issues with the roof which were immediately corrected by our company. When all work was done 100% Mr. Wein refused to pay and asked for the siding to be replaced as well. We made it clear that until roofing invoice is paid in full no further work will be performed. Mr. Wein stopped communicating. We ended up taking this matter to court. Judge awarded Meridian full amount. Please see attached judgment. Mr. Wein’s review is misleading and omits critical facts. Meridian Restoration completed his roofing project in full, and any issues that arose during installation were addressed and corrected immediately. Once the roof was 100% completed, Mr. Wein refused to pay his invoice and instead demanded that unrelated siding work also be performed. When payment was not made, and Mr. Wein stopped communicating, we were forced to take legal action. The matter was heard in court, and the judge reviewed the facts. The court ruled entirely in Meridian’s favor, awarding us the full amount of $10,000. A copy of this judgment is on record. Our company stands behind the quality of our work, honors warranties, and has built a reputation on integrity. Unfortunately, Mr. Wein attempted to avoid payment for a completed project and is now using this review as retaliation. We encourage future customers to look at Meridian’s long history of satisfied homeowners, successful projects, and positive reviews. We remain committed to delivering professional restoration services and standing by our workmanship.

  Wasn't looking when the neighbor asked if we were interested, and after having so many solicitors coming to my door gave it a shot. So helpful from beginning to end and navigating the insurance company. So helpful, much recommended

  We are working to restore our HOA pool house and this team has been very communicative and prompt from the initial call. Britt had our demo don quickly and updated me daily. The team lead, Juan, left the work area team clean and they were so friendly when I checked in on the job site.

  Philip was doing door to door sales. We toke his information and talking among our family members they actually had worked with Phil before and we didn’t know. We heard all the recommendations and they were great! To say the least, we were beyond happy with him and his work ethic. He goes on and beyond for his customers.

  Jacob Kelso an employee of Meridian Restoration happened to stop by our house and asked if he could do an inspection for us free of charge from the hail storm that hit our area. Jacob went up on our roof and took pictures.to show us the damage, that we didn't know was up there. He then, walk around our entire house and pointed out damaged to several screens, gutters, fascia and some aluminum wrapped windows. We filled a claim with our insurance company immediately. Jacob continually followed up with our insurance company, answering their questions and submitting more information. They denied our claim but Jacob demanded a second inspection not done by a drone but by a human that will climb up on the roof and get the detail that only a human can detect. Jacob's persistence eventually got our claim approved by the insurance company. They went from denying the claim to covering over $25,000 in damages. I would highly recommend using Meridian Restoration and particularly asking for Jacob Kelso to head up the project. Jacob was very sweet, sympathetic, not a pushy salesman and it felt like I was working with family as far as how much he cared about our job ending well.

  Our roof needed replacement due to storm damage and Meridian was a great partner throughout the entire process. Phil was especially helpful to us. He was readily accessible, followed up on each task and item, and was honest from start to finish. He went above and beyond in helping us choose the right shingle pattern. He also made sure that our skylights were replaced with care. After the roof was replaced, they made sure everything was up to our expectations and followed through on everything. I would recommend Phil and the Meridian crew to our friends and neighbors for similar repairs.

  My wife and I had damage to our roof, windows etc. from a hail storm and we had the pleasure of working with Meridian Restoration! This is a 5 Star company and our manager Philip worked with us every step of the way to make the somewhat confusing process easy to understand. Philip was there whenever we had questions and now we have beautiful upgrades to our home which were covered by our insurance company. We couldn’t be more grateful to Meridian Restoration for their professionalism, communication and extremely high quality service. Highly recommend!!
