Our roof was purchased in 2014. Ever since they removed the ventilation system that was in place when they house was built and put in their ridge vent system. Our attic has been creating so much condensation that mold has formed and water has leaked in every room on our second floor. Style Exteriors has came to my house every winter since 2014 and infact, admitted that its a ventilation issue and will not replace the ventilation system that they installed. When then updated the roof and ridge vent they nailed closed the ridge vent so the air flow cannot properly get out. Causing it to just remain in the attic. We had several different contractors out for their professional opinions, stating it is in fact the ridge vent that they installed. Style Exteriors will not replace it even though it came with a 10 year warranty, which is on their website. Would not recommend this company at al!!l Stay far, far away. They have cost us thousands of dollars in mold removal, painting, drywall replacement, along with purchasing a new ventilation system with another company, due to their poor quality Ridge vent and lack of workman ship when installed.

I spoke to someone from Styles by Carden this week about an estimate. They promised to come from 1-3 today. I call at 240pm and guy says he has no listing of my request. I was asked when I talked, I said Sunday. He says they don't work Sunday and if I called Sunday that I must not have talked to someone. I told him that it is he who wants the business and to not get pissy. He then hung up. Is this who you want to do your work?

Completely destroyed my siding. Never installed the ridge vent even thought I brought it up every single time I actually talked to the salesman. Sofit was badly done and not complete in spots. The price was pretty decent, but not worth the damage and the time. Same company did my neighbors with no issues. At least the work that was actually done on my house (minus the sofit) looks nice.

Style Exteriors did an excellent job managing a large insurance claim for an 85-unit townhome community across 19 buildings. The project included full replacement of the roof, siding, gutters, and downspouts. Their team worked directly with the insurance company, which made the process much smoother for the association. They were professional, organized, and easy to work with throughout the entire project. When issues did arise, the crew responded quickly and worked directly with homeowners to resolve concerns promptly. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and the work was completed with minimal disruption to residents. We highly recommend Style Exteriors for large-scale exterior projects and insurance claims.

The folks at Style Exteriors were fabulous from start to finish. Justin did a superb job of walking us through the reroofing process, helping us pick the right materials and smoothly pass the baton to the crew. I highly recommend them as they are extremely professional, true to their quoting process, and their install crews were courteous. A special additional shout out to Justin for making this easy for us!

Two big thumbs up for Style Exteriors!! Highly satisfied with all aspects of the job they did replacing my roof in Volo. The office personnel were very friendly and did a great job handling the paperwork and answering all my questions. The crew arrived everyday at 7:00 just like they said they would, protected the lawn/ garage from debris and did a nice job cleaning up. Best part of the process for me was dealing with Sales Director Justin Smiley. I considered several contractors and didn't make a decision very quickly but Justin would always check in with me with no sales pressure. He understands the industry and is very familiar with the various manufacturers especially their service/support levels. Justin is a busy guy but was always very timely in getting back to me by phone or text. He was the deciding factor in my selection of Style Exteriors I highly recommend Style Exteriors!!

My experience with this company is nothing short of great! They were incredibly quick to respond, came out first thing in the morning to assess my roof. Upon completion of the assessment, I was immediately contacted with the information I needed. I highly appreciate the professionalism Justin offered and will be recommending them to friends and family.

After some storm chasers randomly stopped by my home and told me I had hail damage on my roof, I was skeptical and contacted my insurance agent. He referred me to Style Exteriors and I'm very happy with their service. Justin set up an appointment, contacted me with a reminder and to let me know he was on his way, and completed his own inspection of the roof on the house and the garage. He found no damage on my roof and sent me photos of his findings. At no time did he try to sell me services I didn't need. He was friendly and professional, and based on the other reviews, I feel confident that I could count on them if or when I do need any type of the services they offer.

Can’t recommend them enough. They did roof, gutters, and downspouts on my house and garage. Not only was it done efficiently. After they left it was so clean you wouldn’t have known they were even here. Great price point. If you need a roof give them a call.
