Premier Roofing & Exteriors

The only one or two-star review we hold for Premier Roofing & Exteriors.

Zero stars would be more accurate. I setup an appointment for them to come out, and was called back the day before and even asked to upload pictures ahead of time. When the time came no one showed up, called, emailed , or text that he wasn’t coming. Pretty unprofessional to say the least.

Gerald, we’re very sorry for your experience and completely understand your frustration. This is not the level of service we strive to provide. We dropped the ball on communication, and we apologize for the inconvenience and wasted time this caused. We will be addressing this internally to ensure it doesn’t happen again. If you’re open to it, we’d like the chance to speak with you directly to make things right.

Could not be happier with the work that Premier did for me. I needed new roofing and Marcus was great to work with. He was prompt and easy to work with. The quote was what I expected and they kept within that quote through the completion of the project. Brad, the project manager, updated me throughout the installation and provided numerous photos as I could not be on site. The crew that installed the roof did an amazing job. They cleaned up everything and there was not a nail or piece of scrap left behind. The finished product looks great and several of my neighbors commented on how well it looks. I would definitely recommend Premier for your next project.

Another amazing roof replacement by Premier! The entire team, from proposals to installation, made the process truly effortless. Everyone is so kind and safety-oriented. Communication is on point. Tim Sundberg was the project manager for this particular job, and he didn't miss a beat. Calls were made ahead of time to schedule material delivery, dumpster drop, and installation. Hands down, 10/10 recommended!
