  Had skylight leak less than 2 years after new roof. Premier texted me 3 weeks after initial contact and said they would come out to check problem but if not their roof charge $200. Customer service sucks.

  My insurance company was giving me the run around due to damage caused by the derecho. I was contacted by an employee of Premier who said they run into this all of the time and that they would handle it. They came out and took a look at the roof, siding, fence and deck. The employee took photos, he then set up a time to have a drone come out and take video/photos of the wind/hail damage on the roof. After that I kept calling him and didn’t hear anything for over a month. I finally got a call from another employee who said the original employee who came to my home was no longer with Premier. When I asked this employee where everything was at with my file he said he would get back to me. I waited and waited. Finally several months later I received a call from a third Premier employee who said the second employee I had spoken to had quit. He said they would still like my business, I told them that my insurance company hadn’t received the drone report from several months earlier the original Premier employee had performed. Then I was informed that Premier only does roofing and some siding, they don’t repair/replace fencing or decks and The original Premier employee I had been working with tended to “exaggerate their survives”. They are the worst!

  My daughter had these baboons do her roof and the siding. She's been waiting since summer for repair to her siding for the 2nd time. A 3rd of the shingles blew off of her roof with this last wind due to this company "repairing" the roof last summer. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DO QUALITY WORK!!!!

  Ive been waiting to have a single repair done since contacting them in july. Not responsive. They must be cherry picking the jobs they wish to do.

  Tasha, Will, and the crew who came out were awesome. Tasha has done an amazing job guiding me through what has been an unpleasant experience with my insurance company and continues to do so. Will did a great job of keeping in touch and made sure I had the roof taken care of as soon as possible. Great crew over there and they have been very pleasant to work with. 5 stars

  They installed new siding, new gutters, and a new roof on my garage, and new siding and gutters on my house due to storm damage. They worked with me to address all of my concerns throughout the process, and only asked to be paid once the job was done.
