  My husband set up a time last week to have someone from this company come out and give us an estimate to replace our roof for today at 10AM. Here we are an hour and a half past our appt. No one ever showed up or even gave him a courtesy call that they were either running late or needed to reschedule. It’s such a waist of time ESPECIALLY when he works very late nights and is still normally sleeping at the time he set aside for the appt. Thanks for showing your red flags 🚩 early on. We’ll take our business elsewhere.

  Preferred Roofing and Exteriors Review We recently had our roof replaced by Preferred Roofing and Exteriors, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the experience exceeded our expectations. Owner’s Guidance & Professionalism Nate Ball, the owner, was extremely helpful in walking us through the process. He took the time to explain our options, provide clear pricing, and answer all of our questions. His professionalism and attention to detail made us feel confident in our decision to move forward. Crew Efficiency & Leadership The roofing crew arrived early and ready to work each day. They quickly and efficiently removed our old roof and began installing the new one. Despite some unexpected rain, they were able to complete the entire project in just two days without sacrificing quality. Pablo, the crew chief, was excellent to work with—organized, communicative, and clearly dedicated to doing the job right. Additional Support & Final Touches Rhett also came by to assist with attic work and the final inspection and cleanup. He was not only knowledgeable but also friendly and approachable, which made the final steps of the project smooth and stress-free. Overall Experience We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the workmanship and the outstanding customer care provided by everyone at Preferred Roofing and Exteriors. The combination of professionalism, efficiency, and genuine customer service sets them apart. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!

  Great responsive company! We had an older tile roof, that needed some repairs on a tight schedule. Not many other roofers had experience with our type of roof, but these guys were were able to come within days after our first inspection and take care of our issues.   Roofing crew was fast. Stripped all old shingles off and put new roof put on. Started at 7am and were finished by 3pm same day. Looks great.

  They saved me when my siding was pulled off from a wind storm. They came out and repaired it within the hour, very quick and cost efficient. Everyone I talked to was very nice and very helpful!
