  I was awoken to hear what I thought was a break in. After a moment I realized someone was on my roof. I went outside to find a guy in plain clothes who claimed to be at the wrong address but was in an unmarked truck with blacked out windows. No front or rear license plate and a temporary tag he flashed at me from inside the vehicle (not displayed on vehicle). All he had for identification was a business card that was not even his own. I would have called the police to report it, but the company was able to verify he did work for them when I looked them up online and then sent in a photo. I sleep near the door so I would have heard any knock or doorbell. Then he admitted he didn't knock an he was looking for an "abandoned house" as told to him, which just made me think he was casing the house in a way that would be an effective cover. Very unprofessional and unsettling. He was on my roof for about 5 minutes before I got dressed and outside. I have no idea what he did up there and now I will have to go up to inspect.

  Xperience roofing was doing a home 2 doors down I asked them to bid my roof for in the future cost ect Jeffery went on my roof to inspection it I noticed he was up there a long time he told me I have wind damage torn off some singles I told him I don’t have wind torn singles and my roofsingles are dong just fine for now. Jeffrey said there is some singles missing and I need to call my insurance company to have them inspect it he said they will pay 1/2of the cost to redo my roof and after they do call him back for quote he left 2 days later I drive up to my home to look at roof hum I seen shingles missing off roof he damaged my shingles tore them off threw them in my back yard in one pile I have phots. My son had to replace a stack and 1half of the damage wow I was pissed I’m 67 old man I only have ssi income I have many health problems and have prostrate cancer I’m on chemo therapy Right now. Jeefery damaged my roof just to drum up business I can’t beleave how horrible he is. And wanted me to call in a wind damaged roof and to defraud my insurance company Dont let him in your yard and he’ll know on your roof

  Terry and his crew totally botched our job. They caused damage to very expensive landscaping and then their team blamed us for it. I don't think I was the one scraping shingles off my roof. We found out AFTER the fact that one of their crew ran into my son's car, got out, looked at it, and drove off. When we presented the ring camera video, they said we should not have parked there. It became clear that they would not remedy the issues without a lawsuit, which is hardly worth the time and energy for less than $5,000. Instead our insurance company had to pay for it and we paid the deductible. The unprofessional attitude of this company was a surprise after the way the sales team painted such a perfect picture. They even showed us these reviews and we believed it. I wonder how they got rid of the bad reviews. Their roofers did such a poor job, it had to be partially removed and replaced by another company. This is a huge disappointment. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

  When my insurance company turned down my claim, they disappeared. At first there were "We're working on it" texts in reference to my inquiries on financing options, but after three or four weeks even those dried up to nothing. They totally ghosted me. I ended up going with another company. Edit: Check your records for Kris Olsen.

  Worked with Jeffrey Bartholomew with Xperience Roofing, he made the roofing project simple and was there whenever I had any questions, very responsive, was able to find the color roof I wanted, and geez their team did an amazing job with the install!   We called because two years after the new roof, random shingles were blowing off. I sent pictures and they sent out a man who repaired them all and it looks completely new again. I’m impressed with how they made good on their workmanship warranty.

  Xperience Roofing did a custom job for me removing my tile roof, fixing the underlayment, and then putting all the tiles back on (in the hottest part of the month). It looks like they did a good job and I was happy with them and the process!

  I had Jeff from Xperience Roofing come out to assess my roof, and I was very impressed with the entire experience. Jeff was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and explain his findings clearly. He was honest, easy to talk to, and never made me feel pressured. It’s hard to find contractors who are both skilled and trustworthy, but Jeff definitely gave me confidence that I was dealing with a quality company. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the professionalism he showed from start to finish.   Xperience roofing stopped by my house to offer a free roof inspection after a recent hail storm. They took pictures to show me what they found and took a look at my insurance policy. After it was all said and done, they recommended I not file a claim as it wouldn’t meet the criteria. They were very professional, helpful, and did NOT push me into anything at all.
