  Ignored the No Soliciting sign and knocked on my door. Wouldn’t take the hint and leave after I explained it’s a legal notice, not a suggestion.

  My experience with this roofing contractor was frustrating from the beginning. Communication was inconsistent, and I often had to follow up just to get basic updates. The project was delayed multiple times, which caused unnecessary stress. When the work finally started, the crew seemed rushed and didn’t pay close attention to detail. After completion, I noticed uneven sections and areas that looked poorly finished. They also didn’t clean up thoroughly, leaving debris behind. A few weeks later, I noticed issues during rain, which raised concerns about the quality of the installation

  The moment this review was posted I was getting messages on whatsapp trying to get me to pay to have it removed. This review is fake and they are wanting to extort us to have it removed.

  Honestly really wanted to like them. The roof looks very well done and they were punctual and did a great job. That being said cannot say the same for sales reps. I worked with Carter and Chris both were very slow to respond, wasn’t really there to offer help. They ruined my back deck rug and grill had to be deep cleaned. Nails were left everywhere. I have been very kind and patient throughout the process but this is my end. The workers do a timely job but will leave a mess everywhere. And the sales guys just don’t respond I have multiple 4-5x texts in a row from me before a response. I have a couple friends as well looking to get there’s done and they will not respond to me. I really really wanted to like them and my roof does look very good. But every other part of it was a rough experience.

  Hey Andrew, We are sorry we fell short on the clean up and I looked at the texts with Chris and it looked like he was pretty attentive with all his responses. As for the stuff around back roofing leaves a lot of granular and dust around the entire home, we try to emphasize that with our customers to move anything directly under the roof and if it cant be moved to use covers to help keep the dust off because even tarps cant keep it all off. Speaking with our rep there seems to be some miss understanding on a referral fee and if this is something that needs to be resolved or is causing the need for a bad review please get in contact with me so we can go over that. -Brandon

  Cassidy, I believe we have been very understanding and worked with you guys for your request to cancel as well as your request to repair your gutters. The day of the install you are referring to we had some very strong winds blow in during the job and we had some debris begin to blow onto your property. Our roofers made an effort to go and clean up the mess but were told they were not allowed on the property. The accusation that they blew debris onto your property is not likely. As you’re aware roofing is a messy job and I’m sorry for the stress this has caused you. -Brandon

  Our roofing service went very well. Alex Lopez was great! I knew we need to get our roof done and was dreading the cost and deciding what company to go with. Alex showed up, first door knocker that I listened to for more than 30 seconds he seemed like a trustworthy person as we talked. We have had some storm damage to our roof, but I never thought it would be enough for insurance to kick in. Alex inspected our roof documenting damage that he saw. When done he assured us that insurance would help with replacement (our roof was 29yrs old) Alex helped with claim, came back when insurance adjuster came to look at roof. Claim went through without a problem. Our roof was scheduled for replacement within 2 weeks of our first meeting it was great and painless. Alex was there for whatever questions we had. He was there when we picked the shingles, and called after to make sure we were happy with the work! He was great! Roofers were timely and did a good job one day we had a new roof! The gutters guys were very good did a good job and were quick also. I would recommend Ikon to anyone needing a roof replacement and Alex Lopez is a lot of the reason for that! He made it a painless experience Thanks Ikon roofing and Alex! We love the new roof!

  My sales rep Cade is the man . If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have a new roof . He work his butt off with my insurance company he is very professional, they always answered my calls and texts and when they said they would be there they were there , they did amazing job my house looks amazing, and the gutters look great as well . I would highly recommend them and for sure ask for Cade he is the man .

  A few years ago we had some roofers that helped us with a claim for roof damage, and it didn’t work out. So I was extremely skeptical about going through that process again. Cade Mills came, took a look at it, and said he thought we had a really strong case. He walked us through the claims process and to my utter amazement, it was approved, and we now have a beautiful new roof! We are very happy and satisfied not only with the new roof, but with how easy the process was. Cade was just amazing. He knows his business in and out, and he was just amazing to work with. He was very attentive to every detail, and so were his team. We just followed their instructions, and they did a great job at cleaning things up. I highly recommend them if you have or suspect damage claims on your roof. They are a solid company and are great to work with.

  They were great to work with. Antonio was helpful and kept me on track and was honest and followed up consistently. The crew did a great job, and the owner was an honest guy. Good quality work from removing shingles to replacing the decking and installing a new roof. Give them a shot.

  Excellent roofing company. From the initial inspection to the finished product we got impeccable service. There was a lot of attention to detail in the installation. They used R&R Solar to remove and reinstall our solar panels. They did an amazing job and worked seamlessly with Ikon. There was no pressure in the product descriptions and in the end our roof is beautiful, solar panels replaced professionally and all done quickly. I highly recommend Ikon.
