I had damaged roof decking, fascia, soffit, siding, and a few other exterior repair needs around my house, including gutter work and a new storm door. After getting several estimates, I chose this roofing and exterior crew because Jay took plenty of time to walk the property with my wife and me, clearly explain the scope of work, and point out what needed attention on the roofline and exterior. Jay’s experience and knowledge really stood out, and we felt confident in his honest approach from the start. The whole project went very smoothly. Louis and Andres were an excellent team. They showed up on time each day, worked efficiently, kept the area tidy, and the quality of the roof and exterior repairs was outstanding. The office staff was also very friendly, helpful, and clear about scheduling, materials, and next steps. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend this roofing company. 5 stars!

I had another roof repair come up, and Marvelous Roofs Llc provided fast, friendly service at a fair price. Todd was quick to respond, gave a clear estimate, and arrived in a short time to take care of the shingle repair before the next storm. It was great to have someone with real roofing experience handling the job, checking the problem carefully, and making sure the roof was sealed up the right way. He was thorough, went beyond the repair I asked for, and helped protect the rest of the roof as well. The whole process was smooth, professional, and reasonably priced. Fast, dependable, and detailed service—I would call again without hesitation.

From the first phone call with Jay, I felt confident choosing Marvelous Roofs Llc for my roof replacement in Jordan. He answered every question clearly and was even open to talking with my brother-in-law, who also works in roofing, about the materials and installation details. That really showed me they stand behind their workmanship and have nothing to hide. They upgraded the shingles and installed 24 gauge bronze metal in all the valleys, which gave me even more confidence in the quality of the roof system. I was also worried about my expensive landscaping, bushes, and trees during the tear off and reroof process, but the crew protected everything very well and the cleanup was outstanding. I did not lose a single bush. The roofing crew was friendly, professional, and easy to work with, and the supervisors, including Andres and Todd, kept the project organized from start to finish. My roof was very steep and a large job, around 53 squares, so it was not a simple project, but they handled it with skill and care. I am extremely happy with the finished roof and would strongly recommend them to anyone needing a high-quality roof replacement.

Louis was great from the start, beginning with a careful roof inspection for hail damage and helping coordinate everything with the insurance claim. He also helped arrange the replacement of some rotted trim, painting work, and gutter service, and was very understanding when I decided to wait on installing new gutters for now. He made sure the solar panels were scheduled to be removed and reinstalled after the roofing work was finished, which kept the whole project moving smoothly. Any time I had questions about the roof, materials, scheduling, or the repair process, Louis was easy to reach and always quick to respond. He explained each step in simple terms and was respectful of my limited knowledge about roofing and exterior work. That really helped me feel comfortable and confident in the decisions being made. The entire experience felt easy because Louis clearly knows roofing well and has strong connections with reliable crews for related work. He was professional, friendly, and organized throughout the project. I would gladly recommend him to family and friends because he made a complicated roofing job feel smooth and stress-free.

i asked louis to give me a bid for 6-inch gutters and related roofing drainage work on my home in Jordan. i received the estimate quickly and was very pleased with the fair price. todd, the installer, was friendly, professional, and very fast. The crew used photos from the proposal to show the best spots for the downspouts, which made the whole roofing and gutter process clear from the first visit through the final installation. They did a great job making sure the plan matched the finished work, and that kind of attention to detail really matters when you want proper water flow away from the roofline and foundation. The payment process was easy, with a check sent by mail for the deposit and the final payment after the job was done. i am a very picky homeowner, but i am extremely happy with the service, communication, workmanship, and the finished gutters. i would gladly use them again for gutter and roofing services because they made everything simple, clean, and well done.

Excellent roofing work by Marvelous Roofs LLC. The price was fair and competitive, and all of my questions were clearly answered before I signed the agreement. Jay’s crew showed up on time, worked hard, and handled the roof installation with care and skill. The cleanup after the job was very thorough, and they made sure the property looked neat when they finished. After a strong wind storm, two of my trees came down and a few shingles were lifted before they had fully sealed. The team responded right away, inspected everything, and fixed the damaged shingles quickly. They explained what happened, checked the surrounding roofing area, and made sure the roof was back in great shape. I really appreciate the fast service, clear communication, and dependable roofing support, and I highly recommend them.

I’m really glad I reached out for another opinion about my roof leak in South Jordan. Other roofers gave me quotes that were way too high and suggested a lot of extra work that wouldn’t have solved the leak. When I called, the phone was answered right away, which doesn’t happen often. Evan came out the very next day, quickly found the real cause of the leak, and took care of a temporary fix on the spot. He also gave us an estimate for a full repair that was much more reasonable—just a fraction of what others had quoted. We’ll definitely rely on them for any future roofing needs because it’s clear they’re honest and dependable. Highly recommended!
