Terrible drives, swerving in and out of lanes cutting me and multiple cars off. It was a truck driver looked like a long blonde hair white male with a hat. and would review the drives.

Quote for replacing an existing 300 square foot deck was $45,000! $150 per square foot! From online research luxury PVC install is $50-$80 per square foot. I got two quotes elsewhere for around $20,000 for the same quality PVC. One star, i guess all the marketing costs they have with their radio ads justifies doubling the project costs compared to their reputable competitors.

Buyer Beware!!!!! "Update" + (2nd update) You can read the comment I left and the narcissistic reply that the owner or somebody representing to be the owner left for me. still doesn't change what the original issue was. it just tries to deter from the message that was being left. gas lighting and redirecting is not becoming of a response from somebody that is coming from a true place. just so you know, there's a warning on that one. (2nd update) I was able to have a professional gutter company complete the job at match the odd color of earthy beige that we had for $300 instead a hundred of $1,000 so you can see that there was over $600 that was saved by not going with RGS exteriors. Please read on. Tried to schedule an estimate for service after listening to Jeff Jr over state how great a company this is and they'll do anything to make you happy. When I asked to schedule an appointment they told me that it was going to cost me $1,000 minimum for somebody to look at my problem. Now I don't know how much my problem cost to fix but I certainly don't think that it cost $1,000 to fix nor what I want that expectation set by a minimum shop fee. Be honest on your commercials and let people know that you're not willing to do service if you're not willing to do service. Let people know that you're all about money and not really service so that people can have the expectations set and understood that there are going to pay you a lot of money in order to work with you! Not fraudulently trying to claim things on a television or radio ad and not being able to deliver on either one unless I want to spend $1,000 or more.

We do appreciate your feedback and thoughts. Customer service and satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We are truly sorry we didn't meet that with you. A few thoughts. I still stand by thoughts that we will do everything we can to take care of our customers. We have 1000s and 1000s of them and the thing we are the most proud of is how we take care of customers and ensure they are happy when complete. Regarding the fee. We don't charge any fee at all for an estimate so I am so sorry about that confusion if you felt that. We do however have a minimum job charge. In fact all contractors in our market do as well. Unfortunately we have to. We are not a service industry like HVAC etc. We have a lot of equipment, and very skilled workers. To send them to do a very small repair just doesn't make sense unfortunately. Especially with fuel prices etc etc we just have to have a minimum job charge. So yes if a customer was looking for a downspout repair only or something like that we probably are not a great fit for one another. We are so sorry we just cannot do all those super small jobs for free. One thing about us tho I can promise, we are honest and transparent. That is why you were told this on the phone before we came over for an estimate. Many will hide this come out and waste your time then hit you with minimum charge. We definitely were not fraudulent, we cannot discuss every option on our advertising. That is why we have the conversation on the phone before we come out. We try to be 100% honest and we truly felt like we did and were. We try so hard to be upfront so all expectations are met before an estimator comes out. I will also note this is our busy season, thus the higher minimum job charge. Lastly I would like to note that in most cases we are able to meet the customers minimum job charge by doing several small jobs that fit the customers needs and still meet the minimum charge. We dont want to waste anyone time or money but try to be fair to the cu

My wife and I were looking to get our old deck replaced with something bigger so we started requesting quotes from builders. RGS had some great reviews so we invited them out to our house to go over our project. They sent Ron on 5/23/25 and he was very polite but kept eluding to what our budget was but I didn't give him one. Isn't the point of meeting with builders and getting quotes to figure out which one a client feels will provide the best end results at the best price? Long story short, Ron took measurements and said he'd get back with us. He never did. I followed up with him a week later and he said he was 'waiting on some additional information' but would give us a budget number the next day. He didn't. I followed up with him again after another week. No response. If you don't want to bid on my project at least give me the courtesy of telling me you don't want to.

Your experience is valuable to us, and I would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Please feel free to reach out via text or call for further assistance.

The name of the technician who installed the siding is Felix. He was professional, communicative, courteous, and did excellent work. The reason for the 2-star rating is for the lack of and confusing communication from Quinton, the project manager and the office staff. I gave Brad Evans a deposit on July 9, 2025. I contacted the main office a week or so later about an approximate installation date and was told it would be 2 weeks until the project manager would call to provide me with a date. I waited because of the online reviews as well as a recommendation from a neighbor. I had to call Brad, the project manager 2 TIMES before I received communication from Quinton on July 29th about an installation date of August 18, 2025. A week before my installation date, I received communication from the office staff stating that my project was scheduled for sometime the following week and I would receive an update. I was confused and frustrated because I scheduled my time around the August 18th installation date. I called Quinton to convey what the office communicated. He said “that’s what they do, update on jobs”. I told him that the communication was unclear and confusing. I am exasperated and disappointed with the lack of and ambiguous communication. I also feel there is a lack of transparency on the cost of materials and overall project. I was not provided with an itemized bill. My experience with contractors has been clear, concise communication, this was not the case.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Elsie. I’m glad to hear that Felix provided professional and courteous service during your siding installation. I truly understand how frustrating it can be when communication falls short, and I apologize for the confusion and lack of clarity you experienced with Quinton and the office staff. Your feedback is valuable, and I assure you that we take it seriously as we strive to improve our communication processes. If you’d like to discuss this further or need assistance, please feel free to reach out via text or call.

Our experience did not live up to what we were sold on. We were looking to remove our stucco, frame in a window, and install new siding on the front of our house. Our stucco was cracking and chipping away so that was why we looked at replacing it altogether. We received quotes from 5 other companies and decided to go with RGS because of the large number of positive google reviews, BBB rating and reviews, product quality, good warranty, and the level of service they were proposing. 1. RGS states on the Q&A paper we received from our sales rep, "Are all installers employees of the company? YES". On our project RGS used "Subcontractors" as the installation crew. Not "employees." As a result, there were problems with communication between the installers and the project manager, delays in the project because of the availability of subcontractors, and a lower level of accountability for the project as a whole than they would have had if they had a committed workforce. 2. The install crew led by Alberto disrespected us and the project manager. The team blared music from a stereo when they arrived. I requested them to turn it down because I work from home and was also concerned about disrupting our neighbors. I had to stop working until the team departed since the music was still loud. I texted Bob, our project manager, to inform him of what had happened and requested no music the next day. Alberto arrived the next day and played music with the vehicle door open. Bob stated he showed Alberto the text and had an argument about it, which suggests the "subcontractor" disrespects the project manager and clients. 3. Bob had poor communication throughout. We heard many excuses without action until we wrote to a manager, which eventually led to my husband suddenly arriving at the office on a day Bob was clearly avoiding us. He never wrote anything down, thus there were many recurrent queries and issues not being handled. 4. The entire work area (nails and other materials) wa

RGS Exteriors replaced old vinyl siding with Hardie siding- not only is it beautiful, but is important protection given that our wildfire seasons seem to be getting worse. The crew members Paco and Santos are very hard working, professional, and friendly. I am amazed at how quickly they were able to complete a big job. Kevin the project manager answered all of my questions and made matching metal covers for outside camera wiring. Their responsiveness and attention to detail were impressive. I would highly recommend this company!

RSG is a great company. They installed new rain gutters, a leaf guard and a heat tape to melt snow and ice on a north facing gutter which was causing water issues. They have a great 10 year warranty and their service is awesome! They will take care of you, should there be any leaks. I needed to call them back after I had a new roof installed. The roofer missed some things and there were a couple leaks which they took care of.

The transformation on our house has been dramatic with the addition of black 6” half round gutters, fascia and downspouts. It’s a totally different house! Excellent design and estimate experience with Mason, and a great installation crew of Cristo and Quinton. This face lift was so overdue with completely non functional gutters and the color change was so dramatic. We’re thrilled with the end result!
