  Very disappointed. Signed contract with company 4/2021. They didn’t get to it till 10/2021 and did some of installation after dark using lights. About a year later 11/2022, I had my first leak. They did come out and repaired it. Then last year 11/2025 - 2/2026 the roof leaked in 8 more spots, all on different parts of the house. I tried calling and left massages 4 times plus sent a letter with pictures. They have totally ghosted me. No response of any kind. They were paid almost 20,000 dollars for a roof that only lasted 4 years,

Once brought to our attention we quickly responded to repair the vents in question and inspect for any additional damage or potential issues. We also met on site with the Oakdale building inspector to ensure compliance. Whether you believe it or not we stand by our work to correct or repair installation issues or problems that arise. We constantly work to maintain high a quality and will do what is right to correct any shortcomings. In this instance it was a vent repair which did not cause any additional damage to the property or appliance(s) to warrant a reimbursement of any kind. To clarify, Greg, is not the owner.   I had my roof installed in December 2023. Fast forward to July 2024, and while a contractor was up there installing shutters, we discovered some quality issues. It took Preferred two trips to fix it (photos attached for your viewing pleasure). Then, during the August storms, I woke up to a surprise indoor "drip drip" (leak). They promised to “make it right” and fix the ceiling damage. They came out and initially tried to blame my chimney (which had not caused issues before the roof was installed). After some pushback, they spent 1-2 hours fixing the roof. But when I followed up about the ceiling damage, I was ghosted. This whole process was a customer service horror story. Multiple follow-ups were needed to get the initial job done (both siding and roof), and then the warranty claims were another saga. If you’re looking to repair storm damage, proceed with caution. The person in the nice truck won’t be there to translate between you and the Spanish-speaking contractors. And no matter who you choose, make sure someone checks your roof for quality issues afterward.

  After a storm in 2021, this company knocked on our door and offered to see if we had damage and help submit a claim. We ultimately qualified for roof repairs, a garage door, and some siding and gutter replacement. We decided to pay extra to replace the rest of the siding, gutters, soffits and facia. The garage door installer came first and was fantastic. The company did not warn us before delivering materials for the project. They just showed up about 2 months after we got the estimate and dumped the materials in our front yard. They wrecked some holiday decorations we had out there that we would have moved had we known they were coming. The roofers were extremely messy and we are still finding nails 2 years later. They also left garbage all over the yard rather than throwing it away (coffee cups, etc.). Additionally, the shingles do not lay flat at the edge of the roof. The siding guys were awful. They left several areas of our house unfinished the water spigots on the outside of the house were unusable due to how they installed the siding. Also, they did it when it was incredibly cold outside so the metal edging was warped. We had a "punch list" a mile long that they needed to completed. We withheld final payment until they were done but they would call us and ask us to pay and we'd tell them they still hadn't completed the job. They'd send someone out, we'd show them what needed to be done, then the person would never come back. A few months later, they'd ask for payment and we'd repeat the process. It took nearly two years of back and forth with them before they finally finished the job. When they finally finished, they sent the invoice and I sent a check to the address on the invoice. They called a month or so later and asked where the check was. I told them I sent it to the address on the invoice and they said that wasn't the correct address. The check finally came back return to sender and they gave me the correct address, but it was one more ridiculous thi

I do want to say I appreciate you and Adam working with me to allow us to complete what was started.   Jake and his team were responsive and timely from start to end. They handled the back and forth with our adjuster and were able to get us a complete roof replacement. The work was timely and high quality.

  This company was great! Jake and his team we on top of it with the insurance adjuster. They tried to help ease my mind going through this process. They kept me updated and worked diligently with the insurance company. They came out on time, worked meticulously, and the clean up was great. My roof looks great Would highly recommend.

  We liked working with Aaron Delgado but the roofing company was not very good. They had to come back out a few times to fix the shingles so that’s why we cannot give 5 stars. Aaron was great and very responsive to calls and texts.
