*Beware of seeking repair estimate." I contacted this company for an estimate on repairing the corrugated roof of my porch. The estimator ("Dan") spent a half hour trying to talk me into a new roof before even inspecting the the roof. What is more, he incorrectly said that the roof is not metal after simply knocking on it. (A magnet confirmed that it is, in fact, metal.) He was not solution-oriented, and he was unprofessional, often changing the topic to discuss personal matters. As a woman, I felt very uncomfortable with his behavior. He kept insisting I climb onto the roof with him even though I was 33 weeks pregnant. This company promised to send out a new estimator, but that never happened, even after I raised my complaint with them. Don't recommend if you're seeking a roof repair or if you're female. (Another company took on this repair job. Turns out we didn't need a new roof - just a repair!)

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 52 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 52, of which 23 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
