Is this a real company? Called and was routed to Pacific Siding LLC, a national call center for a contractor that didn't know who Porter Roofing Experts in Burien was.

From the first estimate to the final inspection, the experience felt professional and straightforward. The crew arrived on time, explained the plan clearly, and kept me updated as work progressed. I was impressed by their attention to detail—proper flashing, solid seams, and tidy disposal of old shingles. They wrapped up ahead of schedule and left the yard cleaner than when they arrived. Overall, the price matched the quote with no hidden charges, and I’m confident in the quality of their work.

Kenny was very professional and courteous. At the time of my estimate, I didn't know if I would purchase the product. A short time later, I decided I was going to. Kenny returned and completed the work the same day. Thank you.
