  Update to my original review. I have changed my experience from 5 stars to 1 star. I had them do two houses and on one of the houses one of the workers must have used air to clear out the gutters in some way, not completely sure what happened. I did not notice this for several months as I travel outside the state often and this is a rental property. Once this was discovered I asked Port Orchard Roofing to come out and take a look because it clearly looked like something was done wrong. First person came out and said it wasn't them. So I thought that was odd. When I was able to go to the property, I walked around and could clearly see there was an issue as it was in various spots around the house. So I called again. And again. And again. Oh yeah and again. Multiple voicemails. Finally, Riley randomly showed up to the property without telling me and said he thinks he knows what's wrong and that my gutters need to be cleaned and that's what caused it but he agreed that they will still clean under the eaves. He said someone will be there on a Friday to do it. Well he then canceled that and then ignored further efforts to contact him and did not reschedule. So we cleaned the gutters upon his recommendation. Got a small amount of debris, less than half of a 5 gallon bucket between two houses. Also found a lot of roofing debris and shingle paper in the gutters (which is included in the 5 gallon bucket), oh and a tool left behind by the roofers in the gutter, neat! I didn't bring it up originally since I thought it was an anomaly, but they also left a satellite dish hanging off the side of the house and a bag of hardware on top of the roof for me to take care of after taking $24,000. Appreciate it!

  Mr McMichael's deposit was in fact returned shortly after this review was posted. Deposits are generally non-refundable, as they are collected to ensure a mutual commitment to the project. Because of the the misunderstanding, his deposit was returned.

  Port Orchard Roofing replace a 6000 sq ft section of roof on our commercial building in one day. They did a great job. There bid was reasonable enough that we were able to upgrade the shingles and stay in budget. Riley and Michael were both great to work with, and the foreman on site was too. Five stars without any doubt !!

  Port orchard roofing was courteous, completed the roofing project in one day, and left the site as clean as when they arrived. They kept open communication when they discovered plywood needed replacing, they were fair and fully transparent. Great warranty for a great product and service. Thank you!

  Working with Port Orchard Roofing was an absolute lifesaver! They provided a very reasonable bid to redo our roof, and we are so glad we chose this crew. It turned out that our roof had completely failed without us even knowing; it was a ticking time bomb for major water damage. While the initial estimate called for three sheets of plywood, they actually discovered we needed 62. Watching the waterlogged pieces come off the house was a bit of a shock, but seeing the crew handle it with such professionalism made all the difference. Despite the massive increase in the scope of work, they knocked everything out in just two days. Their attention to detail is fantastic—they added all these custom metal bends (flashing) to perfectly direct the water where it belongs. They were also incredibly accommodating. When I realized I didn't like the look of having two different types of wood showing under the eaves, they didn't hesitate to come back and add plywood over the slatted wood so everything looked uniform and polished. I’m so relieved this was the team that found the damage and fixed it right. I highly recommend Port Orchard Roofing to anyone!

  Highly recommended! Matt and his crew were excellent! He kept me informed on everything and they were able to repair my roof in two days. They had to replace all of our 43-year-old plywood. As well as fixing items that should have been done correctly when the house was built. Can't say enough about how great Matt and his crew are! Thanks again Matt Wyatt and crew!

  Port Orchard roofers did a good job for us. First they came out to fix a leak to tide us over until we could schedule a roof install. A team of workers showed up and got the job done in two days between rainstorms, cleaned up they mess and were very courteous.

  Called to get estimate for roof. Riley gave an honest estimate to replace the roof. Scheduled the replacement. They showed up on time and finished in 1 1/2 days. We asked about a shed in the back yard and they quickly assessed and replaced the roof on short notice also. Clean up was complete and thorough. I would recommend Port Orchard Roofing for your roofing needs.

  I am very pleased with Port Orchard Roofing they were all very Courteous and polite worked very hard all day long cleared all the debris from the old roof every day before leaving the job site I Would definitely recommend them if you need any roofing work done.
