It was easy to call and organize a visit from the estimator, Jose. Jose had a sharp eye and was able to spot the issue with the roof immediately, much quicker than other roofers, without even us pointing out the issue. He immediately …

Scheduled an appointment for a free consultation at 12:00. By 12:30 the consultant had not shown up, nor had I received any phone call, text, or email from the company. I called and was told the individual was running late and would be …

Contacted K Single Corp for a structural repair to my roof. They came out on a Friday to do the estimate and send they would email me with it on Monday. I never received the estimate, it's been 3 weeks and I've made several follow up calls without ever receiving a return phone call.

Called and set an appointment, they never showed up and never called. Wasted my time sitting around. They lost out on a $80k job.

They were supposed to give me a bid to fix a carport, however they never contacted me back.

This review could easily be better if K Single didn't ghost us. I contacted them for a smaller job based on a recommendation from another roofing company. They had someone come to our property to assess, and the individual was very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. We were promised a quote within 2 days. 5 days later, I contacted K Single since we had not received a quote. No response, and no response after multiple more attempts to contact them. I understand that the job was small, but it would have been great to have had any type of communication back. Needless to say, we went with another company.

  I would not recommend.

Team was quick to provide a quote and then took 2 weeks to schedule and provide clarity on how they would match the trim.. not committing to painting the trim or not and leaving it up to the crew’s discretion, even though after countless emails asking for clarity on how the gutters would match our trim and clearly stating I preferred them to be painted. Ultimately decided to go with a different company after 2.5 weeks of email exchange with these guys wasting my time to get my gutter fixed. They have a $500 minimum for any job so beware if you’re looking for a small job or replacement, these guys will try to overcharge you.

Had a new standing seam roof, fascia boards, and gutters installed on my house. The crew was great, minimal disruption, high quality work, and the few concerns I had were dealt with without issue or fuss. They quoted full replacement of CDX panels but once the old roof was removed they determined it wasn’t actually required and they replaced only the ones that needed it, saving me money. The crew was also able to handle some unexpected damage that was found without delaying the project. They even cleaned up after themselves, which in my experience is rare with contractors for some reason! Will be looking into K Single again for more projects in the future.

We recently had K Single Corp redo our shingles as well as PVC on a flat portion of our roof. Our neighbors had them do their roof 10 years ago and recommended them so we included them as one of our three bids. They did a thorough exam of …

K Single did a fabulous job repairing the roof of a large treehouse. The roof is easily 30 feet off the ground. The workers used appropriate security, worked fast, and left the worksite clean. The price was reasonable. I will absolutely use them again.

The best, most caring and professional company we have ever experienced. Not only was the new roof done quickly and perfectly, Jose and his crew found a long time leak and fixed it! Very reasonable pricing for such a good product all around!

Really enjoyed working with K Single Corp Roofing! They came to check out a leak in my roof and offered several options for repair as well as recommendations to prevent future issues. They were affordable and completed my roof repair the next day. I very much appreciate their kind approach, and how quickly they got the repairs done considering how much rain was on the way! I would definitely recommend their company, and if you have a torch down roof, they do work with this!
