Their drivers drive terribly and unsafe cutting people off tailgating on the highway. Especially in the Gorst area. Don’t understand why they have to drive unsafe and put other peoples vehicles in danger. It’s been several times they cut me off and other people and tailgate people.

Second edit; Chris at cloise and Mike along with the crew came through and got my bathroom fixed and usable again. I appreciate their efforts and hard work. I hope that they can take this unfortunate situation and grow from it, and I plan on them for more work in the future. Review Edit; After writing my review I called again to try to get some communication on the problem. Cori at the front desk was very kind and eventually forwarded my problems to Chris (operations manager?) After speaking with Chris a few times I’m currently confident that my problems will be resolved here shortly. I would like to acknowledge their work on correcting the problems at hand. I will further add to this review when all is completed. For weeks my bathroom has been torn apart and unusable due to a bad seal on a skylight they worked on and was leaking. I was originally told it would be fixed under warranty by the worker that came out to assess the situation. He took complete blame for the leak and stressed it was due to a bad seal job performed by them. A week passed without hearing anything from the company for repairs so I started reaching out to them. Upon reaching them, they redacted saying they would cover the repairs under warranty due to their bad sealing job. At that time I asked for a bid to fix the problem which they quoted me approximately $2800 To install three skylights (2 others in my home), but not fix any of the damage from the leak they caused. So it’s been three weeks that I haven’t been able to use my master bathroom due to a leak that they caused, and they will not fix under warranty. And I will have to be hiring a contractor to fix the problem that they caused.

Very unprofessional. I happened to be driving by one of their jobsites, and witnessed several employees drinking and smoking what appeared to be marijuana while others were still hard at work. I'm sure OSHA and LNI would love to come out to one of their jobsites and see what kind of operation these guys are running.

Submitted an inquiry about repairing over a quarter of my roof. Was told they do not do roof repairs and to contact someone else. Double checked their website which states they do repairs... Took my business elsewhere.

First of all I have to say that in the end I have a beautiful roof with new skylights. I feel they did a good quality job in the installation. My problems lie with the process I had to go through to get to the end product. It was a long frustrating experience! I signed a contract in June 2020 with a scheduled install for end August 2020. My contract INCLUDED the purchase and replacement of 4 skylights. A week before install it was discovered that they forgot to send somebody out to measure my skylights so that was not performed until just a few days before the crew showed up to do the roof. Needless to say the skylights were not here. Upon completion of the roof they expected full payment for the entire job despite the skylights not being installed. After having to argue, I was able to withhold a portion of payment until completion. On arrival of the skylights in November one was the wrong size and needed to be re-ordered. At that time I spoke with my sales person to express my frustration with this whole thing. He was very apologetic and empathetic with my situation and we came to a financial compensation agreement for my troubles. Now the job is finally complete in December(Almost 6 months). In the final payment they tried to charge me an additional amount for skylights that were in the original contract and outside of the financial agreement I had been given by the sales person. They have blamed the entire thing on COVID! When I questioned the invoice, I was yelled at and lectured on the telephone by the office manager and made to feel that I was the problem. I would not recommend this company for this reason.

Crew tends to get rowdy and unorganized, foreman and crew dont know how to train the new recruits and yell constantly at one another with little to no team work involved. It's a miracle they get a roof done before sun down.

The crew, led by Bulmaro did a great job on my new roof. It was quick, they cleaned up completely when done, and there were no surprises. I would definitely refer Cloise and Mike to anyone I know needing a new roof. Thanks!

We are very happy with our new roof installation from Cloise and Mike Construction. The whole process from first contact to the finished product was exceptional. Tony was always quick to answer any questions and was a pleasure to work with. Bulmaro and his crew worked so hard and gave us a roof that we wished we had had on our house for the last 23 years! So many upgrades from the standard contractors roof. The crew protected all of our plants and flowers surrounding our home, and left our property in such clean condition! It is no wonder family and friends recommended Cloise and Mike to us when we were starting the process of gathering estimates for a new roof. We will gladly begin recommending them ourselves!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Cloise and Mike Construction on a roofing project, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the very first interaction, it was clear that their commitment to their customers and excellence set them apart. Cloise and Mike exemplified professionalism throughout the entire process. Justin took the time to explain every detail during the initial bid, ensuring my 80 year old parents felt informed and included in all the choices. The communication was exemplary; they were always available to address any questions I had. When Justin found out my dad had passed away he went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. Outstanding Crew!!! The crew was truly amazing. Each member not only brought a high level of skill but also a positive attitude that made the whole experience enjoyable. They always had a smile for us. The team was punctual, arriving on time each day and completing the project before the promised timeframe. I was particularly impressed by their respect for our property. They treated our home as if it were their own, taking great care to minimize disruption and protect my landscaping, sprinkler heads, and outdoor spaces. What truly stood out to me was their dedication to perfection. Cloise and Mike took extra time to ensure that every aspect of the roofing job was completed flawlessly. They focused on getting everything just right. After the work was done, I was amazed at how well they cleaned up. They left no stone unturned, meticulously gathering every piece of debris—no matter how small. Besides the beautiful roof they left behind, you could not tell they had been anywhere on the property. They truly left it better than they found it! My experience with Cloise and Mike Construction was nothing short of extraordinary. If you’re looking for a roofing company that combines professionalism, craftsmanship, and a personal touch, look no further. I am thrilled with our new roof and grateful for the in

Jose and crew were great. They installed a new roof quickly and efficiently. Changed out several sheets of plywood and added ridge venting for the whole roof. The entire crew were very polite and professional. The safety guy "Steve" came out as was Chris R and the sales person Kris M. Very impressed and pleased with the whole team.

.Cloise & Mike did an amazing job, tear-off to finished roof in under two days. Donovan Gladstone provided GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Barkwood, High Definition Lifetime Shingles that matched our house perfectly. They laid tarps to catch debris and protected our newly replaced gutters, swapped out rotted sheeting that needed to be replaced, redid the eave overhangs, and added an extra vent for our bathroom exhaust fan. All the workers were very friendly and answered all my questions. Very efficient with great attention to detail. Highly recommend.
