Zach and Chloe were phenomenal to work with. They were very responsive and patient with our questions. Zach did a really good job addressing a tricky issue with wood rot behind a tile roof fascia. Thanks Zach.

I contacted this company to fix work done poorly by another contractor. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. They provided all the necessary information clearly and efficiently and Zak walked me through multiple options and explained everything thoroughly. Everything was itemized and organized, making it easy for me to understand. The team showed up on time and explained what they were going to do and why, and went above and beyond by providing their service even after business hours. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, expertise and dedication to do the job right.

Zak, Chloe, and the whole team are the reason we didn’t lose our home insurance this year. They saved us by taking on our complicated mess of a roof project that another (well known and "highly rated") roofer decided to abandon right before …

These guys took great care of me. When I had my roof replaced, the work was done quickly, the cleanup was thorough, and the whole experience was stress free. Later on, I noticed a small issue and gave them a call, they came out right away, were super polite, and fixed it on the spot. I really appreciate the follow-through and would definitely call on them again. Happy to have had their backing and am happy to recommend them going forward

We had a small leak from our 22 years old roof 10 days ago. While I was panicking looking for a roofing company in an urgent situation, my friend recommended Next Level Roofing to me as she and her another friend had great experience with …

Got the roof replaced this Spring with Chris and his team. Chris was awesome and managed to schedule me in during unpredictable weather and installed a stunning metal roof, as well as some extensive repairs of internals. Chris was so thorough in his quote process that I referred him out to a friend for an emergency repair before he even got started on mine: he's a high-trust guy who won't lead you wrong. I'm still so happy with the investment and glad I went with Next Level!

These folks cleaned our roof in Tacoma. They were prompt, careful, and even fixed a damaged pipe boot (extra cost, but not much). The price for the cleaning and powder treatment was among the lower bids we got.
