  Alex Munoz and his team dumped dozens of screws & nails in my gutters, drainpipes and driveway. I have Alex on camera walking to the top of my drive and throwing 3" nails. He forgot to look for the other cameras. Contacted them on 1/29/26, no reply. Had to hire someone to magnetically sweep my property and clear drainpipes. I have cancer and take chemo every day and now have to worry about a flat tire on the way to the hospital. This is the first time I have heard from you since 1/29/26. Maybe you should have sent someone to clean up?

  This is not true. You have refused to provide us with this claimed footage for us to hold staff accountable. Additionally, We have photos of our clean up and have provided them to you.

  We obtained an estimate and specifically asked for roof deck and insulation replacement to be fully included in the bid due to known conditions. The final estimate listed those items as conditional add-ons and unit pricing, despite language elsewhere in the bid implying they were included. The pricing structure made it difficult to understand the true total cost upfront. We ultimately chose a contractor who provided clearer scope and more transparent pricing. I recommend other homeowners read estimates carefully and ask for clarification on what is truly included vs. listed as potential extras. Update: After posting this review, I received a follow-up call from a sales supervisor. The tone and explanations during that call did not align with the public written response, and I felt challenged rather than provided clarification during that phone call.

  Uses AI to communicate with customers using the most cold, bland, scripted questions to gather info on bids rather than paying a human to interface with the public. Then they blow up your phone and email with the "Hey we havent heard back" when your provided all info days ago to their AI representing "Morgan"

  Just sent a text to them as I sit in Les Schwab for my 8th flat tire repair. THAT'S 8 !!!! Could go into more detail of all that went wrong with my roofing job but the list is too long. Hard working crew and quality work but organizing and customer service needs attention.

  Their driver must have had the wrong address and pulled into our driveway. On the way out he ran into two of our trees, snapping branches and running over a flower bush. Never once got out to look or anything. Then he came back a couple minutes later and pulled into my neighbor's driveway, again with the wrong address. He proceeded to drive into his lawn, leaving runs and conpletely ran over his flower bush and hitting one of his trees as well. Again, never stopped. Just sped off. Absolutely ridiculous. Caught it all on video.

  Integrity replaced a TPO flat roof with PVC last year. As part of the roof replacement, I asked if an overflow drain (scupper) could be moved from a west facing corner of the roof to the northside of the corner. It was not done. When I stopped in to talk to folks at Integrity this year for some additional roofing work, I mentioned how I wished that the overflow drain had been moved last year. Daniel Godinez was in the office and overheard the conversation, and stepped in and said "We an do that repair." It turned out Daniel is a roofing project manner. Later that day, he stopped by with a 3 person crew led by Luis Rocha. They surveyed the work that would need to be done - remove the existing scupper and put in a new one that drained to the north, remove the old scupper and patch the west facing parapet wall and scheduled the work for the following week. Luis and his crew were early for the appointment; on the appointed day. He explained what they would be doing. When they were almost finished, he said that he would be by the next day to paint the section of the parapet wall that was patched but that he needed to get matching paint. He had a sample from the patch job but I had the paint information from when the parapet wall had been painted. After leaving for what I thought was the day, two hours later I looked out the window and he was on the deck with a ladder painting the parapet patch. Job done! What can I say? Daniel was absolutely great in stepping up when he overheard the initial conversation in saying "We can correct the scupper location issue." Luis and his crew were absolutely top-notch doing the repair "all the way." I cannot recommend Daniel and Luis with Integrity Roofing highly enough if you want the job done correctly and in a timely manner.

  After speaking with several companies and reviewing multiple estimates, choosing IRC was an easy decision. Their team communicated professionally throughout the entire process, and the work was completed efficiently and exactly as expected. They replaced old custom size double skylight with a modern new one. Following the heavy rain yesterday, I feel confident that the quality of their work will stand the test of time.   This past week Integrity Roofing & Construction replaced my roof. This also involved attic venting repairs. They did a fantastic job. They were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I want to commend the Project Manager, Luis G; the Foreman, Francisco E and the Project Coordinator, Bella. The crew left my property completely cleaned up. From the time of inspection & estimate to the time of the roof being replaced was very satisfactory.   Amazing from the proposal to the execution! Our Project Manager Alex G, our Foreman Mau and Bella our Project Coordinator make up a fantastic team. We were extremely impressed with their professionalism, communication, and follow through! The roofers work HARD and did an excellent job. Pretty sure they left our yard nicer than how they found it - would highly recommend Integrity for anyone looking for a new roof!
