  I called Platinum Roofing for something that I thought was likely minor issue. I had been passed over and no-showed by other contractors. Jai from PR showed up the next business day within his projected arrival time. He was ready to assess the problem right away and had the repair in progress and completed the same day. Many companies hold out for a larger, more profitable opportunity/job which was not my situation but PR’s integrity showed me who to call when I am in that situation.

  We had a roof leak overnight, and they were able to get us in the next morning shortly after I called, even on a holiday. They were able to diagnose the issue and make the repair. I couldn’t have been happier.

  Discovered a leak in my roof on the holiday weekend.They came out right away and fixed the leak same day. Very courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

  Removed 3 layers of shingles and replaced roof in one day. Found and fixed things outside of the inspection and were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

  I am so happy with the work Platinum Roofing and contracting. They did a wonderful job. Jai goes out of his way to give you the best and to make you happy. He is wonderful to work with.   Platinum Roofing & Contracting of Des Moines and Central Iowa is a customer-oriented firm that truly wants to do its best to provide customer satisfaction. It is clear this company is a cut above the rest. Very quickly after I called, owner Jai Hughes was onsite to inspect my roof damage, and photograph everything. He alleviated my stress through his commitment to making sure that I understood all: if I had a question or needed clarification, he did not just assume – – he took time with me and detailed his explanations. This level of communication and dedication to getting it right is rare. Jai attends professional training to keep up-to-date and knowledgeable; he knows insurance company protocol, and CLOSELY led me step-by-step as I worked through my insurance process. Platinum Roofing & Contracting had its roofing crew on-site quicker than I anticipated. The crew, which is very polite and professional, completed the roof tear-off, rebuild and cleanup in just a day and did an awesome job. (Rolled my property at least twice with the magnet roller !!) Thank you for a great experience; it’s obvious that Platinum Roofing & Contracting takes pride in delivering professional friendly service, and clearly communicates every step of the way. The quality of the job exceeded my expectations, and I appreciate owner Jai Hughes’ determination to leave this customer pleased and proud of my new roof.   I was extremely thankful that my brother gave me Jai's number. I had many roofing estimates prior to Jai and Platinum roofing but they all seemed like they were trying to take advantage of me. The communication with Jai was awesome. I called him at 8am, he called back in less that an hour. The owner, Jai called me back not an employee or some operator. He came out to look at my roof that same morning. After looking at my roof even though he had another job, out of town, Jai stayed and called my insurance company to start a claim. We were hoping my insurance would cover it. Turns out they would not. But I appreciated all the effort he put into trying to make that happen. We scheduled the job and Jai and his crew showed up on the day he said they would be there. I had a metal roof over a deck that I decided to exclude from the original estimate. It would leak during storms but I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with it. Jai came up with a couple of ideas, which he then did at no charge to me. It was so kind of him to do that. He just wanted to help me prolong it as long as I could. Jai and his crew did an amazing job on my roof. Im so happy I no longer have to get buckets and towels ready when we have a storm. I have peace of mind now. I will most definitely give all my friends and family Platinum Roofings number and tell them all about the owner Jai! Thank You Jai! Stacie W.

  Did a phenomenal job on my roof in Des Moines when buying my house! Identified missing decking and got new decking and shingles throughout the whole roof. Jai is a life saver and will 100% get you taken care of!

  We could not be happier with our roof. Platinum Did a fantastic job, but that’s not the best news. Recently we had another storm with hail 3 to 6 inches. Our old vinyl siding didn’t hold up. We called insurance and they sent out an inspector and after looking at the roof he could find no damage. He told us that he was so surprised given the size of hail. He went on to say that the shingles on our roof were a great product. Who ever did the roof use’s a sturdy shingle. We continue to be so happy with this company we have hired them to put on the new siding. We are going with LP siding and are so excited to have platinum working with us to make our country home beautiful. Our Beauty of a house, siding on. We are so pleased. We will be calling in the spring to finish the outside. Around the garage doors and a deck to the upper door! Thank you Platinum And Jai as well as Victor and his crew.   Jai was a pleasure to work with. He was not pushy but took time to explain the storm claim process in detail. He took care of all the moving parts of our restoration and was an excellent representative for us with our insurance adjuster and our local agent. Through his knowledge of the insurance end of storm claims we were able to get our house looking better than it was before the storm and save a lot of money in the process. We highly recommend Platinum! ***** stars
