Your employees in their company van don’t feel the need to stop at stop signs in residential areas. Great way to kill someone.

They barely communicated with me for a month for a roof and gutter repair, and then stopped responding completely. Their website contact form sends my message to a glass company in Illinois. Might be out of business based on the complete blackout, but no way to tell.

I've had a horrible experience using this company to install new roof at my property. They keep adding additional hidden cost into originally agreed upon price. If u don't pay, they harass you to death. I used Priceless Home Improvement to fix everything this company screwed up.

It was great meeting with a representative to discuss our alternatives for roof repair, but when it came to discussing the hail damage on the roof to my insurance company, they did not communicate adequately.

Good morning Ryan. My apologies that you did not feel our interactions with your insurance carrier were sufficient. Unfortunately, not every case ends up with an approval since their business model is to pay out as little as possible and there is only so much we can do as contractors since we are not clients. However, I would gladly take a look at your file and try to rehash this one more time for you to see if there was anything else we could try here. Please reach out to our office at 301-659-8080 and ask for Tyler. I am the Managing Director of the company and would love the opportunity to help.

We had a great experience working with Platinum Home Design for our roof replacement. Ben and Jeremy, our primary points of contact, went above and beyond to ensure we felt supported and well-informed at every step. Their professionalism and expertise were evident from our initial consultation, where they explained the entire process in a clear and concise manner. They did all the paperwork for the insurance company and worked with the adjuster and the insurance inspector and we finally got the claim approved. Their roofing team worked efficiently and meticulously to complete the roofing project on time. The quality of their workmanship is truly outstanding and they used high-quality materials. If you're looking for top-notch roofing services company, I would highly recommend Platinum Home Design. I already recommended them to a couple of my neighbors and friends and they have had a great experience working with Platinum Home Design as well. Thank you, Ben and Jeremy, and the entire team at Platinum Home Design!

We needed to replace our roof, so I contacted Platinum Home Design, LLC (PHD). Anthony and Nate came out, inspected the roof, and agreed that we indeed needed a complete roof replacement. They suggested that I contact my Homeowners Insurance Company, which I did. The Agent also agreed that a roof replacement was needed. PHD communicated with our Agent from our Insurance Company, and we had a new roof installed the next week - the ONLY thing we had to do was pick out a color for the shingles. PHD did an outstanding job from beginning to end. Our roof was completely replaced in less than four hours, and it looks fantastic. They not only did a fabulous job replacing the roof, but they also cleaned up the trash and debris. We are so happy that we chose PHD, and would definitely use their services again. If anyone is in need of a new roof, please contact Platinum Home Design, LLC - and you will be as happy as we are!!!
