Tim and Andrew went above and beyond to get my house repairs done right. However, they never came back to finish cleaning up and left my old door and a huge pile of waste in my yard. Their communication and follow-up was poor as I kept getting promised for weeks that the cleanup would be taken care of and it never was. They agreed to a dollar amount before beginning the work, but then kept asking for more money after starting the work. Very disappointed in the overall service, but the repairs were good. Would I hire them again in the future? Sorry, but the answer is no.

We hired this company for siding and roofing. We paid %90 of the bill , our mistake, and the work was never completed. It been 10 months and it still isn't finished. The work was very poor quality.

I had Platinum Exteriors out to repair my roof. The crew did a great job. They were informative, prompt and courteous. The price was more than fair. I would definitely hire them again.

I needed a cupola removed because it was old, rotted, and causing water damage in my garage. I called other companies prior and no one could offer matching singles and they were way overpriced. I decided to keep shopping around and found Platinum Exteriors. Tim was very prompt to come out to give me a quote and prompt to get started on the project. Not only did he remove the cupola and repair the roof but he drove a several towns away to find these exact singles. My roof isn't very old & he knew I wanted it to match. He gets bonus points for handling my mom's spunk & sass. They did a great job! And I'm appreciative for their services.

The crew from Platinum Exteriors did a great job stripping and replacing the shingles on my roof. They worked around my schedule and were able to squeeze me in to get my roof in tip top shape before winter set in. Thanks again!

We had Platinum Exteriors put up a vinyl privacy fence to replace our old and tired wood fence. Tim was very responsive in getting me a quote. It was the best out of the three I got responses from. His guy, Rod, was great to work with and he did a wonderful job! I love how it turned out!

Tim and his crew were very professional, on time, and communicated the repair process. The guys that came out and did the work cleaned up after they were done and insured we were happy with what was done before they left.
