  After watching one of your drivers damn near hit my car on the Kenmore Leg going towards 77n, I will be using another company. He then continued to drive like a total idiot, must've accelerated to at least 95 in a 55.

  We recently purchased a home in Akron that needed a roof replacement immediately. After numerous estimates Dustin led us on that it would not be a big deal for his company. As you can see by the photos the estimate was given two months ago and we have been in contact since. Dustin had one of his employees call 2 DAYS before the roof was to be installed. He stated that the shingle supply company said that they could not get the shingles on our roof because the house was too tall. Little does Go Pitch Perfect know that I work in construction and this is a bold faced lie. I spoke to the supply house after receiving the call and they looked up my address on google maps, said they can easily put the shingles on the roof. After numerous texts and phone calls to Dustin he refuses to respond and has proven that there is nothing "perfect" about his company. Our roof is still leaking and we are now searching for another contractor. Do not use Go Pitch Perfect Roofing!

  After meeting Dustin and excitedly giving him a tour of our home I felt I was in good hands. That was months ago. Two days prior to our roof installation he had some random person call and lie to us that they could not get the shingles on the roof. Have you ever heard of a roofing company that could not get shingles on a roof?! We offered to do it for them by using an access hole in our attic and suddenly other excuses arose. Banner Supply is where they buy their shingles and said they can easily put them on the roof. This is not the type of business that you want to support. After numerous texts and calls Dustin will not respond to tell us the real reason why he led us on for 2 months and abandoned the job.

  I have to say I was happy with my new roof. The price was very reasonable and completely quickly. But, unfortunately my roof is leaking after only 2 months. It did major damage on 2 different days to three floors of my home! I called Dustin …

  I wish I could give them zero stars. I filled out the contact form on their website on November 9th... I called them on the 12th to make sure they had my info and the gal said I'd hear from them later that day. I didn't hear from them on …

  I submitted a request and description of work i needed done and never heard back. Tried calling the number on website and was not even able to leave msg. I would have liked at least some kind of response even if it was that they were unable to help. Gave one star because you have to, to post

  Did work For a company I am partners in as soon as they hopped off the ladder they demanded payment we were doing a church they went inside and that same day and threaten them with the lien the most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with all their Mexicans worked good

  First off your company bounced two checks to us! We were done for weeks before we got paid! Since we are leaving bad reviews "lies" online with malicious intent we will return the favor and seek damages in court! Also, so you are aware, we have been hired to inspect the flat section of roof you installed at the church. I'm sure youll be fixing it😁

  I could not be happier with the service I’ve received from Gonzalo Leon and Pitch Perfect. I have zero negative feedback thanks to Gonzalo. From the first visit he told me what to expect for each next step and was always communicative. He worked directly with my insurance company and again told me what to expect every time we interacted with them. He is well educated in insurance codes/laws which resulted in full insurance coverage for me. The on-site team was finished in a day and cleaned up after themselves.

  We had a very good experience with Perfect Pitch Roofing. We had hail damage to our roof. Keith Churnega and the team submitted an insurance claim, and worked with the insurance company to get it approved. The installation crew did a good professional job. Great clean up too. Keith, Gonzalo, and Bri made the roof replacement a good experience.

  We reached out for a retail quote on the roof and were given the great news that with our discontinued shingles/siding and all the storms lately we may qualify for a full replacement through insurance. After 3 months of battling with the insurance company we got the approval and were able to transform the house. Would highly recommend Pitch Perfect!
