Pioneer Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Pioneer Roofing.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Sam / Sohail Karim Khetani owner of Pioneer Roofing Company. It has been 8 months since he started the work on roof and other damages due to hail and work on fence is still incomplete. The lack of professionalism and accountability is astounding. Despite numerous attempts to reach out and get an update on the progress, I get a text saying that they will complete it and no more response. Furthermore, his workers broke main faucet splitter and when I brought it to him, he said that we will pay, rather than fixing it. The delays and lack of response have been incredibly frustrating, and it is unacceptable for a business to operate this way. I regret choosing Pioneer Roofing for my roofing needs and strongly advise others to steer clear of them if you want a job done efficiently and professionally.

Sam and his amazing workers are just finished up on my roof. They did an amazing job. We’re very considerate and completed the job in less than two days I told Sam I would recommend him to any of my neighbors who wanted a new roof.

Sam was super helpful with our roof issue. We had a leakage and were in panic thinking it was a big roof issue but when Sam visited us, he was honest in his recommendation that we don’t have to replace the room and he put sealant to cover the leak and the problem was solved. Very rare to find a roofer who can provide such a genuine service. We fully trust Sam for our any big roofing needs the next time!

Sam from Pioneer Roofing checked my roof and found no hail damage even though other roofing company told me my roof had bad hail damage. I believed Sam because he is very honest, trustworthy and very knowledgeable about roof. I highly recommend Sam !!

Pioneer Roofing has high standards of professionalism and integrity. In todays time and age where contractors are after money, Pioneer Roofing is an exception. Peter inspected my roof after hail storm of 12/15/2022 in Rockwall and after inspection he explained to me that the damage is mostly cosmetic and Owens Corning shingles (a little advertisement for the Owens Corning also :), withstood the hail impact. He said he is ready to fight it with the insurance company if I wanted but I decided no point in doing that. Insurance company assessment is within 1% deductible anyway. Thank you Pioneer Roofing, Owner Suhail and Pete for doing an honest inspection. I strongly recommend Pioneer Roofing for all your roofing work. 👏 🏆 👍
