Experienced shoddy workmanship with gravel left under the new roof surface and nails and other debris left on the roof. When they came back to remove gravel they left under new roof, they also repaired two small holes at our request. They charged an excessive $300 for just those two extra small holes.

Hi Lorene! Just seeing this and appreciate the feedback. Any time we dispatch our crew to perform NEW repairs that we have to cover by new warranty, it has to also be covered by a small minimum charge regardless of size. This covers the workers time, materials, workers comp insurance and new workmanship warranties. Although we did find and patch the single piece of gravel that was found under the membrane (covered by warranty), Paul asked us to make two additional new repairs. The office charged that minimum per our standard process. We appreciate your business and as you'll remember I did ask the office to void the invoice at no charge and we communicated that to you last month. I hope that is satisfactory :-)

Pioneer Roofing CA was recommended by my realtor Nick Miele - and I’m glad he did. I installed a new roof on a two-story house in Oceanside. The crew was quick, clean and thorough. Great value for the price. I would recommend using. Happy customer and would use again.👍

Spencer is top notch - knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the project. Collins' workmanship is excellent ... The custom skylight (very large) Collins installed for us still gets rave reviews from our recent guests.
