Stay away. Having a lot of issues with my roof. When they put it in the tiles cracked so easily and had to fight with them to fix it before I paid them and they were very expensive.

The scope of work that was originally quoted was much more in depth than the work that was completed. Workers sat on the roof killing time rather than go back and reprice the work that actually needed to be completed. The scope of work was …

STAY AWAY!!! Terrible workmanship, and they don't really care how your house looks after. They were the most expensive quote I received, but I hired them because they have been doing business for a while. …

I'm only giving one star because I have to in order to submit a rating. I had a small roof leak and got estimates from other roofers that were 1/3 the cost of Pioneer Roofing. I made the HUGE and regrettable mistake of hiring these thieves …

I was quoted a reroof, without any due diligence,of 14,000.00! I got it done perfectly for 7...half!! Beware consumer!

Hi Brian. Thank you for your feedback. We attempted to research your situation and understand what happened, but we found no record of providing you with a quote for any roofing services at any time. Additionally, we noticed that the county assessors do not list you as owning property in our service territory. While we strive to provide competitive pricing for all customers, we provide superior workmanship and material quality above what other contractors may offer. Additionally, different contractors often quote different scopes of work. If you have any further questions on roofing in general or if you would like to give us a second chance to assist you in the future, please contact Pioneer@PioneerRoofingCompany.com and we will strive to assist you the best we can. Please mention Google reviews. Thank you

I kept hearing about this company on 610 WIOD so I called for an estimate since I need to replace my roof. The sales rep. Was polite and punctual. He promised that the estimate would be done by the end of the day and sure thing I received it. I was blown away by how much more expensive (thousands more) this company’s pricing was compared to other reputable roofing companies. They offered less for a lot more. Shop around because they are definitely going to put a strain on your pocket.

Very satisfied with our new metal roof from Pioneer Roofing. They worked quickly and efficiently to get our project done. Everyone who worked at our home was friendly and professional. No they were not the least expensive but their quality work and attention to every detail justifies the cost.

I’ve hired Pioneer Roofing for several roof repairs, and they have always done a great job. Their team was professional, responsive, and quick to find the source of the problem. The repairs were completed carefully, and the quality of their work was impressive. I would definitely recommend them for both residential and commercial roofing needs.

I have been doing business with Pioneer Roofing for over 40 years as an insurance professional I consider them to be the best roofing contractors in South Florida. They have replaced my roof several times over the years after Hurricane Andrew, Hurricane Wilma and most recently within the past year. I highly recommend Pioneer, they are licensed professionals who do an excellent job and guarantee their workmanship.

Had about 25 broken tiles that needed to be fixed for my father's house. Pioneer sent someone the next day to quote and the following day the work was scheduled. They were competitive in pricing and competed the work in timely manner. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quality roofing company backed by customer service.
