  We contacted the homeowner the address the concern in person the issue was resolved, and the homeowner confirmed satisfaction afterwards he left a good review and he claim he didn’t know how erase this review. But We remain committed to quality work and customer service.

  Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review because we had 3 leaks in our roof after we hired them. Half of the crew had little to no experience and were installing a roof for the first time… I wouldn’t recommend them for any roof jobs …

  Can we please get a customer name. We are not aware of an incident where we refused to fix an issue that we caused. Not only that but we respond to the customer with any issue within 24 hours. So please let us know who this is. Thank you and have a great day!

  They came out to look at my roof and found other things that needed repairing also. His estimate for repairs and an additional estimate for what he called a needed gutter/ drainage system was reasonable but I was unable to pay for all of it at once so I asked him if he could just fix the things needing repair and we would do the gutter system later. He didn’t want to split it up though and so we talked on the phone about 30 minutes discussing a payment plan that I could afford that would allow him to do all the work at the same time. When we arrived at an agreement, he said he would send me an email with the details we had agreed on. After about a week and a half, I texted him to let him know I had not received the email but I never heard from him again despite my texting him. Needless to say, I had to start the process all over again looking for another roofing company VERY disappointing because I had thought that I had found a great roofer to do the job!!

  We are very sorry that we can't help you, we are not a financial company, we tried with some customers and so far they still haven't paid me, it doesn't mean that you will do the same, but I don't want to take any more risks. I explained to you and gave you options of what you would like us to do, I even found damages that no one was going to tell you, I took my time to check all the damages that I showed you but it was not in my hands to be able to finance all the work.   Late getting this posted! Pinto Roofing & Construction did a great job for us during October, 2025. A lot of our neighbors also used this company around the same time; we only heard good comments from those completed jobs, also. After this experience it is evident that Pinto really cares about the job they are doing for you. Clayton was on hand to keep us informed every step of the way. Even the owner was on-site and hands-on. We would not hesitate to call on this company again for any needs we might have. And, know that we rarely take the time to leave a review. Really can't remember the last time we did. Thanks, Pinto Roofing & Construction, for being there for our neighborhood.

  I had a roof repair and Pinto was the best by far and in every way. Got it done quickly, went the extra mile, super helpful and much much much more. I cannot say enough of about this company and I will definitely be using them again.

  Clayton with pinto roofing did a phenomenal job explaining the entire process when it came down to my roof and siding. I was very particular about this job and he understood my concerns and followed through making sure the job was completed. In Iowa.

  I chose Pinto Roofing after the hail storm. We had a few issues along the way but they have contacted me and let me know everything will be settled, and I can tell he is a man of his word. There is another review, from JAMES Merritt with one star. That isn't my account and not sure if there happens to be another in Weatherford with the same experience but as of now, Pinto Roofing has reaching out and is in the process of making me whole! I thank everyone involved.

  I recently had Pinto Roofing install a roof on my house after hail damage. Shortly after the hail storm, I was approached by Clayton Holland and another man I believe to be the owner of the company. We sat down and they proceeded to tell me about their company and what they offered. They did not pressure me into using their company, they simply educated me on the roofing process and what to expect from the insurance company. I told them I wanted some time to think things over before deciding which company to go with. I talked to several roofing companies over the next couple weeks including a few who wanted me to sign a contract with them on the spot, guaranteeing I would use their company. I was even told by one company that they wouldn’t waste their time giving me an estimate unless I signed a paper guaranteeing they would get the job. None of the other companies presented themselves as professionally, respectfully, and as courteously as Pinto Roofing, which made my decision easy. Due to family health circumstances, I had to delay the project but Clayton Holland stayed in touch with me and worked with me to pick out colors and even swapped out drip edge when I changed my mind after some of the material had already been delivered to my house. Pinto Roofing showed up on the predetermined date to begin work… they were on time, respectful of my property and courteous to my family. They kept the work area as clean as possible, and they kept me informed when they found unexpected damage to which repairs had to be made. They went above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a roofing service.

  Working with this company has been nothing short of incredible. From start to finish, they were relentless in their effort to help us navigate a really tough situation. They’re the kind of team that doesn’t just show up to do a job—they show up with purpose, intention, and genuine care. The owner is especially impressive. You can tell he puts his heart into every project and every customer. He’s intentional with his communication, thoughtful with his recommendations, and truly committed to doing what’s right.   Pinto was on the scene after a major hail storm They did all my repairs on the house and out buildings including a fresh coat of paint on the house. Easy to work with and really did a great job.

  After our neighborhood was hit by a hailstorm, we were fortunate to meet Clayton Holland of Pinto Roofing Company. Clayton took the time to present a clear and informative overview of their roofing products to anyone in the community who was interested. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help immediately gave us such confidence that we didn’t even feel the need to shop around for other roofers. We chose a standing seam metal roof, and the results are exceptional. We had three building roofs that needed to be replaced. The first day, a crew arrived and by the end of the day they had removed all the old roofing from all three roofs and had the new underlayment and water and ice block in place to keep the roofs water resistant. The crew worked tirelessly—12-hour days until the job was finished—while maintaining continuous and thorough cleanup throughout the process. Except for one day lost to rain, crews were here every day until the job was completed. Clayton personally visited the worksite daily to ensure quality and progress. Another point worth highlighting is that we didn’t pay a penny until the work was fully completed, which speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. We couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service. Pinto Roofing Company and Clayton Holland have our highest recommendation. Judy and Dave Walter Kerrville
