i can’t imagine a better roof repair experience than the one i had with avery at pinnacle roofing repair. avery arrived right on time, was very friendly, and worked hard to track down the source of the leak coming into my home. he inspected the roof area carefully, checked the flashing and nearby exterior surfaces, and quickly found that the issue was tied to the stucco around the problem spot rather than the main roofing system. even so, he went above and beyond to take care of it and make sure the area was sealed properly. after a strong rain, the inside stayed completely dry with no more signs of water intrusion. i highly recommend them for roof leak repair and honest service in ste oakland.

i was planning to get my roof repaired, and my first mistake as a homeowner was choosing the wrong roofing crew. the experience was frustrating and poorly handled. later, i called another roofing company, and everything changed for the better. earl answered the phone and immediately made the whole roofing process feel easy and professional. i explained the problems i had with the previous roofers, and earl took charge right away with great customer care and strong roofing knowledge. they arranged the roof inspection, clearly explained when the roofer would arrive, and kept me updated the whole time. if anything changed, they communicated right away, even with a simple text, which made a huge difference. that kind of reliable communication and follow-through is exactly what homeowners need when dealing with roof repair. after dealing with such a bad roofing experience before, working with this team was absolutely worth it. they were responsive, organized, and made me feel confident that my roof was finally in good hands in ste oakland.

Pinnacle Roofing Repair recently replaced our storm-damaged roof shingles, gutters, downspouts, and metal-wrapped garage door trim. From the first call with Landon to the final walkthrough, the whole roofing and exterior repair process was organized well and clearly coordinated with us. He handled the needed paperwork for our insurance claim and also worked smoothly with our window representative so every part of the project stayed on track. We really appreciated the helpful guidance, fast replies, and attention to detail whenever we had questions. The crew used quality roofing materials, showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept the job site clean. The finished roof and exterior work look great, and we would gladly recommend them for roofing repair and related home exterior services.

we had our old wood roof swapped out for new shingles recently. the service was excellent from start to finish, with landon really paying attention to all the details and making sure everything went smoothly. the job was finished faster than i expected, which was a nice surprise. earl helped us set up the contract and guided us through the insurance steps, always listening to our needs and getting back to us quickly. they were flexible with scheduling and handled every little thing, even fitting us in between some rainy days here in oakland. the whole crew worked hard, stayed on task, and made sure to clean up at the end of each day. i highly recommend this team for any roofing work—i've already told a couple friends!
