Inconsiderate people with this company. At the Lenovo center before the hurricanes watch party they had an entire setup in the parking drive aisle no one could get by and the place was very busy.

I called and made an appointment for someone to come to the house to look at our roof and leaking skylights. He came on time, which was appreciated. He also stated we would have a quote by the next day. No quote appeared. I called the main office and they said to call the estimator directly. I did so and left a detailed voicemail. No response. This is a terrible way to do business.

The estimate and consultation was seamless. It wasn’t until the work started that I realized the gap in service skills. We were told incorrect dates of service which resulted in me waking up to two strange men on my locked back porch at 7:30 (will be upgrading the lock system). They left nails behind on the porch. They didn’t complete the job as there was still a leak. They offered to come fix it again with no warning of when or knowledge of the leak location. Another startling morning of men outside my bedroom window. Who’s surprised, the leak was still there afterwards. Who knows what they did the day before. I requested to SCHEDULE a time so we could communicate about the leak in person but instead they showed up the next day while I was at work. Then I receive a call telling me the leak is just something that happens during thunderstorms and that I need to be realistic. No ounce of empathy or remorse. No discount offered for not fixing the problem. Good guys, bad service.

This company operates very dishonestly. They came out to conduct repairs on the roof. There were two leaks coming from the ceiling in the house and we specifically contracted them to do repairs to address these. We paid a LOT to have the repairs completed. Within 8 weeks the area of the ceiling where one of the leaks was completely peeled away from water damage indicating that the cause of the leak was not repaired. The company refused to come out to take a look without me paying more money. I didn't know it was possible for a company to do a shoddy job and refuse to rectify the situation (or even take a look at it). I would not recommend this company for any roofing repair work!!

If you want ok roofing, go for it. If you want to have multiple roofing nails left in your driveway and yard after they do their work then this is the company for you. We found several nails in our driveway after they left our home. One evening we found our vehicle with a totally flattened tire. I had driven it home in great shape just a couple hours before. We found another roofing nail right next to the flattened tire. We had to drive to a tire place on a flat at 6 pm on a weeknight- with three kids - and have it replaced. Two hours and two hundred dollars later we had a new tire. Tyler confirmed he would reimburse us for this based on the 800 dollars we paid for their work. However, when we submitted the invoice from the tire company to Pickard, he informed us that the only way they would reimburse was if there was a photo of their nail in our tire. Clearly not willing to own up to responsibility in leaving a workplace the same way they left it when they arrived. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere if you want a company that stands by what they say and doesn't leave nails on your property…

Jonathan Heredos of Pickard Roofing was excellent to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and will take the time to do the research required to install your roof properly. I do not have a typical roof and Jonathan included in his very thorough proposal what would need to happen to get it installed correctly. I would also like to add how appreciative I was of his very thorough estimate and the amount of time he spent answering all of my questions. Highly recommend Pickard for a professional roofing experience.

Forrest and his crew did a fine job on my porch roof. There was a problem from the initial roofing job that they corrected without any issue or cost. I appreciate their professionalism and customer service by standing by their work. Thank you!

We are really happy with our roof and the process to get here was very good. Jonathan was VERY informative, helping us to explore the options (including per colors). Then Jose and his team worked REALLY hard (in quite hot conditions) and were super professional while friendly. Then Jonathan walked through it all after, with us.

I hired Pickard Roofing to replace all the roofs in my 30-year-old home in Chapel Hill. They replaced most of the roofs with new shingles, and they replaced on roof with metal roof. The whole preprocess was handled very professionally. They did all that they had promised within the budget that had quoted me. They were also very meticulous in terms of cleaning the debris. I got two other quotes for this job, and their price was quite competitive. I would recommend Pickar Roofing to others.

Pickard fabricated a custom aluminum cap for my rock chimney. From Frank coming out to measure and estimate to Charles and his good crew of Christian men that did the install later on, it was a good experience. The cap looks great. I would use them again for sure.

I had a leak in my roof and the source was unknown. I had several people out prior to calling Pickard Roofing and they where unable to find where the leak originated. They came out and spent over an hour doing a thorough inspection of my roof and he was able to find the problem and also figure out an affordable solution. I really appreciated that he was very knowledgeable, professional and was determined to find the small leak that was causing a big problem inside my house. I would definitely recommend Pickard Roofing to anyone who has a roofing issue.

When other local roofers did shoddy and incomplete work on my damaged roof, the folks at Pickard were responsive, straightforward, and honest. Over the years Shawn Murphy and now Jonathan Heredos have been informative in showing me and explaining the damage and practical solutions to my roofing problems. When they could've sold me on complete roof installation, they did not. Their crews are on time, fast, and clean. Keep it up and I'll remain a loyal client.

Pickard Roofing did a great job! They used the best materials, showed up on time, finished on time and cleaned up afterwards. Not sure what more you could want from a roofing company.

I received excellent service from Pickard Roofing Company. I had a leak around the flashing of a chimney and needed a quote for different options to either repair the leak or to replace the roof. I worked with Jonathan Heredos, who was very thorough in his assessment of my roof, he took his time to really assess the problem and its origins. Jonathan provided a couple of different options, did not push me in any direction and truly provided educational information to help me make the decision to replace my roof, ultimately. The total price was incredibly reasonable and they did not have any surprising fees when I received my invoice. The group of roof installers were incredibly careful and respectful of my garden as they tore off old shingles, they avoided hitting my plants and causing any damage. They arrived on-time and finished in one day! My roof looks beautiful with the Energy Star Rated Silver Birch shingles and I no longer have any leaks. Replacing all of the chimney flashing for both of my chimneys was included in the total price. I cannot recommend them enough if you need your roof replaced. They're efficient, affordable, high-quality, and straight-forward. Thank you so much for the wonderful work you and your team have done.
