  If I could give 100 stars, I absolutely would. We were in the middle of our option period on a home and needed a roof inspection quickly. Our agent had originally scheduled another company, but they came out, couldn’t get their drone to fly, and weren’t comfortable walking the roof due to the slope. They said they’d come back the next day, then came back again only to tell us they still couldn’t complete the inspection. At that point, we were on day 4 of a 5 day option period with no answers. In a bit of a panic, I did a quick search and found Phoenix Storm Restoration. Dustin answered the phone IMMEDIATELY and confidently said he could handle it and head over right away. Within less than an hour, Dustin was at the house, had fully inspected the roof with no hesitation on the pitch, and was writing up our report. The home buying process has been incredibly stressful, but Dustin made this part feel easy and handled everything exactly when we needed it most! I never write reviews, but if this helps even one person find the right company for the job, it is worth it. Dustin saved the day, and for that I am so grateful. Thank you, Dustin!

  We just bought a house and new to the Dallas area. We knew we had a chimney cap issue and damage from the initial inspection. We knew we needed to find someone to fix it and had gotten a few different quotes. They were working on a neighbors roof and noticed my roof was missing a few shingles and my chimney cap was messed up. He came to our door, Really nice man and offered to give us a quote and we said sure why not. With in an hour or so we had a quote in hand and his prices beat everyone else’s we had gotten for the chimney. Other companies didnot really mention the roof issues and did not include that cost in their estimates. We jumped on it. He had it done in less than a week after payment in fact only a few days. No hassle great company and prices were better than right! We have many other projects on our list to do and we have found our guy!

  If you are contemplating a new or replacement roof for your home, i would recommend Phoenix Storm Restoration. The Phoenix web site will provide detailed roofing configurations, (vendor/style/features) including price range estimates for each. If desired, Phoenix will then be in touch to review property and scope of work. I would recommend careful discussion/reviews to select options (color/features (fire/hail protections, etc) for your project. Of particular benefit with Phoenix was ability to combine shingle and gutter replacement as well as repair of damaged (squirrel/termite) fascia boards and replacement of roof decking as needed in one contract. My installation was scheduled immediately prior to most recent frigid weather for which I requested postponement. Following, I issued several change orders relating to style and features. These changes were accepted and project rescheduled. Contracts are executed in person, electronically on line with vendor. Work started 0630 am 2/3/26 and roofing completed 0230 pm that day including clean-up of debris and attic inspection for proper appliance venting (water heater/furnace) by Phoenix owner (Dustin King) and installer lead person. Several days later, I was contacted by gutter installer for work review/color selection. He arrived the next day along with fascia repair personnel. The fascia repair (tear-off/replace) including color match painting was complete by noon and the gutter removal/replace complete by 5 pm, including my review. The roofing crew (8 to 10 men) were efficient, protective and respectful of our property as were the gutter/fascia personnel. Clean-up (nails/shingles, etc.) thorough. Truly a one vendor experience as Phoenix subs were inclusive within proposal/payment terms. Communication with Phoenix efficient and timely. My replacement required permit/inspection by city Building Inspection. (coordinated by contractor) This inspection completed 2/20/26. During attic inspection, inspector note

  I really liked working with Dustin. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything well so that I can understand it. He was very honest and upfront. He didn’t find enough damage on my roof during the inspection but when I need a new roof, I’m coming to Phoenix.
