Customer service could be better. Just because i don’t take your referral doesn’t mean you need to be rude. When will companies learn, every engagement is a potential customer for life?

EDIT: I contacted the office but the only solution they offered is to hire them again to fix the damage. The previous owners of my house hired Perry’s Roofing to replace the roof in 2020. The contractor did not install flushing in several places what caused severe water damage that flooded the house in 2026. Now after less than 6 years, half of the roof has to be completely replaced.

A few years ago, we decided to invest in a new roof with Perry roofing due to the age of our existing one. After changing our roof, we started noticing water seeping into our basement, specifically in the mechanical room. After a long time we noticed that Perry Roofing's was the source of the problem. This company left a significant area next to the chimney without shingles and did not install the chimney flashing. This company has turned our once-dry home into a home with lots of problems when it rains. And still we have many problems when it is raining. I wish we kept our old roofing and having less or no headaches. It's unacceptable that a roofing company entrusted with such a crucial aspect of home maintenance could be so careless. This company needs to be more reliable, responsible, and professional.

We had a great experience with Perry’s Roofing and would highly recommend them. Susan and Christina were incredibly helpful with scheduling and made the process easy from the start. Pat and his skilled crew did a meticulous job repairing and finishing the siding on our house. The roofing crew was also professional and did a very good job with the roof installation. When the foreman initially missed something that I had pointed out on an illustration, the team took full responsibility and made sure it was corrected properly, which I really appreciated. They also did a pretty good job cleaning up afterward, and the flashing around our chimney looks fantastic now. I especially appreciated that the team went beyond the immediate roofing work and helped us think through waterproofing measures that will help protect the house in the future. Overall, we were very happy with the workmanship, professionalism, and responsiveness of the Perry’s Roofing team. Thank you to everyone who worked on our house!

I had an excellent experience with Perry’s Roofing from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, reliable, and made the entire roof replacement process incredibly easy. A special thank you to Susan in the office, who was wonderful to work with and kept everything organized and communicated clearly throughout the process, and Joe in the field, who made sure everything went smoothly on-site. The crew worked efficiently, the finished roof looks beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with the transformation. It’s refreshing to work with a company that follows through and delivers what they promise. I would absolutely recommend Perry’s Roofing to anyone looking for a dependable and professional roofing company. Thank you, Susan, Joe, and the entire team for a job well done!

From the moment John showed up to review our needs and to completion, Perry's Roofing is the way to go. We needed our gutters and leaders replaced after many years. John is very knowledgeable and professional and the crew was a reflection of that. The crew were professional, great at what they do and everything around the house was left spotless. I would definitely suggest Perry for your roofing and gutter needs. Thanks

We had a significant leak in my moms kitchen ceiling after a rain and wind event. We needed to replace the entire roof. Perry was able to assess the issue and gave us a very reasonable quote. Our foreman Chuck was knowledgeable and professional and the crew was hard working. I was informed about any changes as they arose. They left the entire area spotless and there were no surprises I would absolutely recommend them.
