  Wouldn't recommend them. They say that all the work is done in the house but it's not actually true at all all their Roofing teams are actually subcontractors and they just have them wear King quality shirts.

  Poor communication! They originally did 80% of the job then disappeared and then I had to manage the project on my own. Most of the crew that was working on my house left the company so we had to keep telling King Quality the same issues over and over. Now realizing that my green sky loan payment is way over what I should pay and again, King Quality has not returned my calls. This is an expensive project and working with this company is very frustrating.

  Great team. Replaced our front overhang roof, gutters and bad flashing that was done improperly. Jimmy the PM was great on site, labor team was quick & tidy. Maurice was clear on inspection findings with explanations & pictures & presentation of products to be used, and Lynn was very thoughtful to make sure we were clear on project scope & construction day process. A little more expensive than other quotes, but for me, worth it for the communication, quality of work & materials, and guarantees for labor & materials. I like to understand the problem with my home and what I am getting when spending so much money. Maybe the other guys just didn’t have the sales pitch but this King Quality team made me feel confident with the work for the install day and long term.

  Mark was amazing! So thorough, he explained every step of the process and the team carried it out to perfection. Done in a day, every part of this we easy and up front, this was the best decision we made. TJ the project manager was kind and took time to explain our bill.
