  Mike at MCAS has strung me along for three months now, waiting for a simple quote for an attic fan. He may have good intentions but his customer service is zero. AVOID THIS COMPANY for anything but a BIG JOB.

  Our office has a CRM and we keep records of the correspondence between our customers. You happened to contact our office during our busiest time of year where we were inundated with work coming out of the winter, accompanied with an extremely rainy season. After my office explained we were behind, I first spoke to you on 6/6/24 and explained this situation to you myself. We only send competent, qualified, and trained workers to service our customers. I also like to personally speak with customers before pricing and performing work. We aren't always able to respond as quickly as some people like and are required to service our work in progress and repeat customers before we can consider taking on new projects. I had 2 lengthy conversations with you about the attic fan over the next couple weeks. During this time, I discussed various ventilation systems and specified what I believed to be the best option to solve the ventilation issue you had described to me. I followed up with you on 6/25/24 and provided you with pricing on 2 options and was waiting to hear back from you. I did follow up on 7/29/24 but then I saw this and realize now you must have chosen someone else. We are one of the few companies that performs everything from 1-hour repairs to large commercial roof replacement projects. No job is too small for us. I am disappointed that we couldn't provide you with what you wanted, but I wish you the best of luck with your project.

  Was reffered by Angie's list. I called this business several times and left two voicemails. My voicemails were returned days later. I could never reach anyone on the phone. I understand that business is booming but at least have someone answer the phone. I had to look elsewhere to get a roofer.

  Talk about a joke of a business man. If you are an intelligent person you'll be able to see through this guy, realize his lack of professionalism, and won't let him go any further than an estimate. Steer clear of MCAS.

  MCAS Roofing did an absolutely incredible job! The company was incredibly communicative and made everything easy from start to finish. A new roof is a huge undertaking and I would recommend them to anyone! This was both an amazing quality job and a painless experience.

  Last year we had siding installed. This year we noticed one piece of siding was hanging. Mike had his crew come over and fix it without question. It is nice to find a company that stands by their work.

  I have used MCAS Roofing three times now, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their professionalism and responsiveness. • Winter Snow & Ice Dam Removal: During the two major snowstorms in early 2026, I called them out twice—once for ice dam removal and once for roof snow removal. Their response time was incredibly fast. The crew worked practically non-stop until the job was done perfectly. • Spring Roof Repairs: Following the winter weather, I hired them again this spring for two roof repairs. • The first was a known leak area that used to act up during heavy downpours. After several major rainstorms this past May and June, I can confidently say the leak is completely gone. Their fix was flawless. • The second was an area that had leaked during the winter ice dams. They reinforced the flashing and underlayment in this spot. While it hasn't been tested by winter conditions yet, the craftsmanship looks excellent. I will update this review after the upcoming winter. Highly recommend MCAS Roofing for both emergency winter services and permanent roof repairs!

  We were very happy with the job MCAS Roofing did repairing and replacing our roof after a tree fell on our house. From start to finish, Justine and Michael were incredibly supportive and thorough, making sure everything was handled properly and that the final outcome met a high standard of quality. The team worked efficiently and completed the job in a timely manner. They also did a good job cleaning up afterward, which we really appreciated. Throughout the entire process, they kept us well informed about progress and next steps, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Overall, the price was fair and the service was professional. We would definitely recommend MCAS Roofing to anyone in need of roofing repair or replacement.

  At the end of this January (2026)- as I'm sure many people in this area did - I had ice dams on my roof which caused leaks inside my house. I was actually leaving within the next few days for a week in Florida but was reluctant to go because of the leaking. I called MCAS since they had done some other roofing issues for me previously. They came immediately and removed the snow and the dam causing the issue within 2 hours. They were all (workers and office contacts) very professional and courteous. I will continue using them for all my roofing needs.
