I hired this company to replace my roof, and within a month, shingles were already coming loose. I tried calling multiple times, but they never responded. Very disappointed in the quality of their work and lack of accountability.

The roof installation looked rushed and poorly done—shingles were misaligned and some areas started leaking within weeks. When I called to have them fix it, they were dismissive and unresponsive. For a company that claims to be “experts,” the quality was far below standard.

I hired Expert Roofing of Westchester expecting professionalism, but they consistently failed to return my calls and emails. The job, which was supposed to take a week, dragged on for over a month with no clear updates. I felt completely left in the dark throughout the process. Very disappointing experience.

I had the pleasure of working with Nikki from Expert Roofing on my Roof & Skylight Replacement Project in Larchmont. As a first-time homeowner, I received quotes from several different companies, and most were in a similar price range. What really stood out about Expert Roofing was their consistency with following up and taking the time to answer all of my questions throughout the process. They weren’t the cheapest quote I received, but they also weren’t the most expensive and the level of communication and service made the difference for me. The project was completed successfully, and I’m very happy with the results. I would definitely use Expert Roofing again and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company.

Had a great experience with Expert Roofing to address a roof leak that occurred after heavy rain and thunderstorms. They were able to get me an estimate within a few days and finish the job the very same weekend. Quality of the work seems excellent. Nikki was great in keeping me updated throughout the process and even checked how the roof was holding up in the heavy rain after. Would use them again!

The team was super response and able to get out to our house quickly to patch and repair a spot on our roof and tune up some gutters. They hit the mark on the budget for what we needed.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The team replaced a section of my cedar siding because I was experiencing a roof and siding leak and they power washed my roof, and applied cedar roof oil. It completely restored the roof and bought it so much life back to it. It looks excellent. Thank you Nikki once again!

Had an issue with a torn boot on a pipe extending from the roof, which could potentially lead to a leak. Called Expert Roofing and someone was out same day to make the necessary repairs. Did a great job installing new gutters on my building, but what impressed me most was how timely they were (when they say noon, they mean noon!) and how they did exactly what they said they were going to do and how simple it all was. Highly recommend!

I had a slate roof issue where a piece fell off unexpectedly, and they were able to come out immediately and take care of it. The roof repair was done quickly and professionally, and they also recommended cleaning the gutters while they were there, which I appreciated. Communication was excellent from start to finish — very friendly, responsive, and transparent. Fast service, fair pricing, and great communication. I’m very happy with the work and would absolutely recommend them.
