BEWARE!! I paid a “deposit” for a wind cap to repair a draft on my chimney. That was well over a month ago. I have since reached out to the company and still haven’t heard back from them. I guess I can kids that $500 goodbye

Paragon Chimney & Roofing failed to provide the claimed quality of service. The project dragged on far longer than necessary. Communication felt one-sided the majority of the time. I identified issues that should have been addressed prior to completion. The follow-up was delayed and ineffective. I would not use them again.

Working with this company was more challenging than anticipated. They overpromised throughout the estimation phase. Once the job began, contact almost vanished.

I called for a chimney cleaning based on the great google reviews. I was able to get an appointment scheduled for two days later; however, a different company showed up, called Paragon Home Renovations. The person showed up 1.5 hours late and quoted me an extremely high amount, didn't go to the roof until I asked that he did, and when he went up there said there was additional work needed on the chimney. He was willing to do it, but again the quote was way too high. I told him no thank you, and then he charged me an inspection fee, with tax added. VERY poor experience, I feel like there was a bait and switch versus the reviews posted here on Santa Chimney & Roofing.

The best experience we ever had by far by a roofing business and its crew. Came in with great potential being observant and analytical with the repairs we needed to get done prior to inspection. Once they jotted down and confirmed what we needed; there was no upsell or problems - they were VERY straightforward and professional.
