Mason and his crew were amazing to work with. From the start, Mason took time to explain our roofing, siding, insulation, and gutter options in simple terms so my husband and I could understand what would work well and what would be best for our home. He never pressured us and made the whole process feel easy and honest. They were also very helpful with payment options and kept us updated through every step of the job. The workmanship looks beautiful and professional, and the finished exterior has completely changed our older home for the better. Chase and the crew took a house with worn, damaged siding and turned it into something solid, clean, and protected. We are very happy with the results and will definitely use them again for future roofing and gutter work.

Perry Family Roofers Llc recently finished a full exterior roofing project at my house, including a new roof, siding, and gutters. Before the work started, we asked four contractors for estimates and saw a big spread in pricing. Some larger …

During a severe afternoon storm with heavy rain and standing water, we noticed water coming through the kitchen ceiling and needed fast roofing help. We had our home reroofed more than a decade ago, so we called the roofing team and explained the situation, hoping for guidance on what to do next. They responded right away and arrived in about forty minutes, even while the storm was still moving through. They spent well over an hour checking the roof system, gutters, and drainage areas to find the source of the problem. Even on a slick roof in rough weather, Douglas and Gregory worked carefully and professionally. They found that the issue was not the roof itself, but a leaking gutter area that was letting water back up and enter near the ceiling. They came up with a smart temporary repair on the spot that stopped the leak, protected the house, and gave us real peace of mind until conditions were better for any follow-up roofing work. Their quick response, clear communication, and honest inspection meant a lot to us. It is rare to find a roofer that shows this level of customer care, strong work ethic, and willingness to help during an emergency. We were extremely impressed with the service, the problem-solving, and the genuine kindness they showed throughout the entire experience.

douglas was so helpful and knowledgeable. he walked us through our shingle roof claim process and took a lot of stress off our shoulders. Perry Family Roofers Llc gave clear guidance from the first inspection to the final cleanup, and the whole roofing job was handled with care and professionalism. our roof project was finished on time, the crew kept the work area clean, and there was no mess left behind. it was refreshing to work with a roofer that did exactly what was promised, at the price discussed, while going beyond our expectations. the service, communication, and workmanship made the entire process smooth and easy. we would gladly use them again and strongly recommend them for roofing services.

Chase came out and replaced my roof, and two other family homes right next to mine in Chicago were done as well. The roofing crews arrived on time each day, worked hard from early morning until evening, and finished all three roofs in just …

Perry Family Roofers LLC did an excellent job replacing our roof after a severe hail storm damaged the shingles and led to a leak near our upstairs bathroom. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, the whole process felt smooth and well organized. they were respectful, easy to talk to, and kept us updated any time the schedule needed to shift because of weather or material timing. gregory brought out shingle samples so we could compare colors in person, which really helped since there were so many good options. the crew also worked directly with our insurance company without any problems, and that made the claim process much less stressful. i also appreciated how carefully they cleaned the yard and driveway after the roofing work was finished. the new roof looks great, feels solid, and gives us peace of mind during heavy rain and storms. i would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing service or storm damage repairs.

Highly recommend Perry Family Roofers LLC. I recently had my roof replaced and I am very happy with the workmanship and customer care from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, easy to understand, and handled in a very professional way. I worked mostly with Chase, and he was great to deal with. He stayed responsive, explained each step clearly, and made sure I felt informed about the roofing materials, timeline, and what to expect during the job. Gregory and the crew were also excellent. They protected my property, kept the work area clean, and completed the roof replacement with real attention to detail. The finished roof looks great, and I feel confident in the quality and durability of the installation. Overall, it was a very positive roofing experience, and I would gladly recommend them for roof replacement, siding, and gutter work.

I highly recommend this roofing company for any roof repair or replacement work. After severe storm damage affected our roof, they came out quickly, inspected everything, and gave us a free estimate. They also helped manage the insurance claim, which made the whole process much easier. We chose to upgrade to a Class 4 metal roof, and while we did pay part of the cost ourselves, it has been a very worthwhile investment. After having the new roof for a while, I can honestly say the energy-efficient features have made a noticeable difference in our utility bills. The crew handled the installation with care, the workmanship was solid, and the cleanup was thorough when the job was finished. From the first inspection to the final walkthrough, the service was professional, smooth, and well done.

The owner is Chase, so if you are talking with someone else, make sure they are part of the roofing team. This roofer finished an excellent job on my leaking roof, which had been installed the wrong way by another contractor before I bought the house. I got four estimates because roofing work matters, and their price was competitive. Chase was also the most informed about the roof layout and the right way to handle the project, including the use of high-quality GAF shingles and materials. The whole process was explained in clear, simple terms, and Gregory in the office kept the schedule organized and customer service running smoothly. On installation day, the crew showed up on time, protected the driveway and landscaping, and did a very detailed cleanup when the work was done. The new roof looks great, and I can already see the difference in the shingles and overall workmanship. Neighbors have noticed the improvement too. I would gladly recommend this roofing company to family or anyone needing reliable roof repair or replacement.
