After I suddenly lost my husband, I needed help with some storm damage on the roof over my garage. A previous roofer had fixed a section where shingles had blown off, but the repair was not done well. The shingles did not match, and after the next heavy rain and wind, most of them came off again. Craig came out quickly, repaired the whole area the right way, checked everything again, and made sure the shingles looked consistent with the rest of the roof. The roofing work was solid, professional, and fairly priced. I was very pleased with the quality, the follow-up, and the care they showed during a difficult time.

Micah was a pleasure to work with, very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. The crew did an excellent job on my new roof and ridge vent, and it added both better ventilation and a nice architectural touch to the home. Everything …

perry family roof repair just finished my new roof, and it looks amazing. i would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement. on any roofing job, small issues can come up, but what matters most is how the crew handles them. i was very happy with the final result and even more impressed by the care and effort they put into making sure everything was done right. ruben, micah, and jeffery were my main points of contact and job supervisors, and they were a great team. they were skilled, professional, easy to talk to, and clearly focused on quality work from start to finish. one of them really stood out by coming back to my home in alexandria several extra times just to check every detail and make sure the roof system, flashing, and finish work were all exactly right. the crew also took care of an issue with the top edge of my existing gutter system that became visible after the old shingles were removed and the new roof was installed. they removed rusted screws, sealed old holes, reshaped the gutter sections, and rebuilt damaged corners that had separated over time. even in the summer heat, they stayed committed and made sure everything was repaired properly. now my gutters are level, reinforced, cleaned up, and working much better with the new roof. the whole team deserves 5 stars for their workmanship, follow-through, and attention to detail. highly recommend for anyone needing dependable roofing service done the right way.

It took me longer than expected to share this, but I wanted to leave feedback. We had a major water spot problem on our second-floor ceiling and thought it was a roofing leak. I called for a roof inspection, and Micah and Ruben came out to …

Needing a new roof is never fun, but the whole roofing process was about as easy and stress free as it could be. The crew arrived right on schedule, handled the shingle roof replacement exactly as promised, and finished within the time frame they gave. That kind of reliability really matters when you are dealing with a roofing project. From the first inspection and estimate to the install crew on site, everyone was courteous, professional, and easy to work with. The roofing team started early, worked efficiently through the day, and kept the job moving without delays. By the time they wrapped up, the new shingles looked great and the property was so clean you could hardly tell a full roof replacement had just been completed. It was clear they cared about workmanship, cleanup, and customer service. Very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone in Alexandria needing roof work.

We highly recommend this roofing contractor. We first hired them for a full roof replacement and were very happy with the workmanship, fair price, clean job site, and fast turnaround. Because that project went so well, we asked them to quote our exterior update too, including siding, windows, gutters, and porch and deck repairs. ruben was quick to respond from the first call to the final walkthrough. During the estimate process for james hardie siding, andersen windows, gutter work, and exterior repairs, he listened carefully, explained practical roofing and exterior solutions, and provided a clear, detailed, and competitive proposal. Throughout the project, ruben stayed available to answer questions, keep the work moving, and handle anything that came up. The crew was professional, hardworking, and dependable, showing up each day and staying focused until everything was complete. They finished on schedule and within budget, with no unexpected issues. We are very pleased with the quality of the roofing materials, siding, window installation, and overall exterior craftsmanship. Our home now looks refreshed, well-protected, and almost brand new, and we feel great about the investment we made in our roof and exterior improvements.

I had a great experience with this roofing company. I had gotten an estimate from another roofer that was much too high. Craig took the time to go up into my attic with a camera and showed me that the moisture and mold issue the other contractor said was severe was actually very minor. He explained everything in simple terms, answered my questions clearly, and gave me a fair and honest roofing quote. The crew completed the roof replacement in about a day and a half, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. They removed the old roof carefully, worked efficiently, and did an excellent cleanup when the job was done. The new roof looks great, and I really appreciated their professionalism, fair pricing, and attention to detail. I am very happy with the overall roofing service and would gladly recommend them.

Tristan and his crew installed a new roof and replaced 7 skylights for us, and it looks fantastic. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the whole roofing project. The roof looks great, the new skylights were fitted well, and the cleanup around the property was spotless when the job was done. Jeffery did a great job overseeing the work and was very helpful whenever we had questions about the roof replacement process. It was impressive to watch the team remove the old roof, swap out the skylights, and install the new roofing system so efficiently. You can clearly tell this roofing team knows their craft and has strong experience with residential roof work. Even with a couple of weather-related scheduling changes, the crew arrived on time, got the old roof removed quickly, and had the new roof installation underway before late morning. They communicated well, worked hard, and delivered exactly what they promised. We are very happy with the quality of the workmanship and would recommend them to anyone needing roofing or skylight services in Alexandria.

i’ve used this roofing service twice now, and both times have been very smooth and pleasant. micah was highly professional, and the crew, including jeffery, was knowledgeable, skilled, and easy to work with. i was very impressed with the quality of service from start to finish. after a couple of roof leaks showed up, they responded quickly, inspected the problem areas right away, explained the needed roof repair in simple terms, and got everything fixed fast. the whole process was hassle-free and straightforward. there was no runaround, just honest communication, solid workmanship, and efficient roofing service. they handled the leak repair with care, made sure the problem was properly addressed, and left me feeling confident about the condition of my roof. it’s hard to find a roofing company that is this dependable, responsive, and professional, and i will definitely call them again for any future roofing repairs or roof maintenance needs.
