The roofing team was amazing. Oliver and the crew helped us with a major home update that included roof work, flashing, gutters, soffit and fascia repairs, trim, paint, electrical updates, plumbing adjustments, flooring, molding, and a lot of custom finish details. Everything was well planned, built with high-quality materials, and handled in a very professional way. We really love the final result and the quality of the workmanship. They also completed a new front and back exterior remodel with outdoor lighting, landscaping around the home, pergola and carport construction, and an outdoor kitchenette area, all tied together nicely with the roofing and exterior design. The crew was easy to work with and stayed flexible whenever we wanted to adjust small details or have anything touched up so we were fully happy with the finished project. They stayed on budget, communicated clearly, and all subcontractors and workers were respectful, skilled, and pleasant to have around the property in Roanoke. It is hard to say enough good things about the whole experience.

We went from a roofing inspection for a possible home purchase to a full roof replacement in a short time. As soon as there was a good break in the winter-to-spring weather, the crew got started on our new roof. They worked fast, kept the jobsite clean, and were very professional from start to finish. Not long after the install, a strong storm moved through and a few shingles came loose near the roof peak. They came out on a Sunday and fixed it very quickly. Their quick response, solid workmanship, and dependable roofing service really stood out. They came highly recommended, and they absolutely lived up to it.

When we bought our home in Roanoke, we were told the roof only had a few years left. Not long after, we opened a side door and found the soffit had pulled away from the house and was hanging near the roofline. We contacted a few roofing …

Perry Brothers Roof Repair was strongly recommended to me by a trusted contractor when my roof had storm damage and the old 3-tab shingles needed to be replaced with architectural shingles. From the first consultation to the final cleanup, Jace was helpful, clear, and professional, and the crew did excellent roofing work every step of the way. They explained the shingle options in simple terms, stayed on schedule, and made the whole roof replacement process smooth and stress-free. The new roof looks great, feels solid, and has really improved the protection and appearance of the home. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement.

When we contacted a few roofers about a roof leak, Perry Brothers Roof Repair responded quickly and inspected the issue right away. From the first visit, it was obvious that honesty and integrity mattered a lot. No one wants to hear they may need a full roof replacement, but knowing the work would be handled the right way, with no shortcuts, made the process much easier. william took time to explain the damage, answer our questions, and go over the repair and replacement options in simple terms. The price was fair, the crew finished the roofing work on time, and they were patient with us through the whole project. The cleanup was solid, the communication was clear, and the finished roof looks great. if you need leak repair, shingle work, or a full roof replacement, i would highly recommend them.

They did an excellent job with our roofing project from start to finish. The team helped us understand what to share with insurance and provided clear photos and detailed information for the claim. They answered every question in simple terms and explained the roofing work, materials, and repairs that were needed. The customer service was outstanding, and the new roof looks great. The crew completed the job fast, in less than two days, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. We received progress photos along the way and were informed right away about anything that needed to be replaced or repaired, including flashing and other important roof system details. William’s experience really shows in the quality of the workmanship. We chose a lifetime roofing system with upgraded protection, including Stormguard, secondary leak protection, new lead boot PVC flashings, and reinforced valleys. The finished roof looks strong, clean, and professionally installed. It was reassuring to know the work also came with a 15-year workmanship warranty. Overall, this was a smooth and dependable roofing experience, and we are very happy with the results.

This review is for a roofing company, especially for shawn. I called for an estimate on a clogged gutter and a roof drainage issue. I remembered the crew had done an excellent job on my roof replacement after storm damage, so I felt good about reaching out again. shawn arrived right on time and was very polite, professional, and easy to talk to. He took time to listen carefully while we explained the gutter problem and how the water was not draining right. Then he went up to the top of the roof, inspected the gutter line, and showed us a photo of the blockage. He explained that wasps had built up around the clogged area and were causing part of the problem. After that, he safely treated the wasps, went back up, cleared the blockage, and flushed the gutter with a hose to make sure water could flow the way it should. He made several trips up and down the ladder, checked everything thoroughly, and made sure the gutter system and roof edge were working properly. It was a very hot day in Roanoke, and he still kept working with a great attitude. What impressed me most was that he did not charge us for the extra help he gave while checking the issue. That kind of honesty and customer care is hard to find. i was very thankful for the effort, and it showed real pride in his roofing work. This experience made me feel confident about calling them again for gutter cleaning, roof repair, or any roofing service. i would gladly recommend them to friends and family, and i would definitely be a repeat customer.

Perry Brothers Roof Repair put me in a tough spot because two of my close friends work in roofing, yet I still felt they earned a 5-star review. They installed my roof years ago, and recently I noticed some soffit sagging along the roof edge. I had a local roofer take a look, and he said it appeared to be related to the original starter shingle installation. I decided to call and ask if they would inspect it, even though the roof had been on for a long time. To my surprise, they came out, checked everything carefully, explained the issue in simple terms, and took responsibility for the problem. They repaired the roof damage, fixed the sagging soffit, and made sure the affected areas were properly addressed. What stood out most was their honesty, workmanship, and the way they handled the whole situation. In a place like Roanoke, where roofs deal with heat, rain, wind, and changing weather through the year, it means a lot to have a roofing company that stands behind its work. They showed real integrity, solid customer care, and true professionalism from start to finish.
