  I want to publicly thank Perry Brothers Roof Repair for the excellent roof replacement after hail and wind damage. From the first call with Cameron, I felt confident we picked the right roofing team for the job. Hiring a contractor can be stressful, especially when people do not return calls, do not communicate well, or do not act professional. That was not the case here at all. Any time I had a question or needed an update, Cameron either answered right away or called back very quickly. He was always polite, easy to talk to, and helpful through the whole roofing process. That kind of fast response and good customer care really stands out. He took time to explain the roof repair and replacement steps, what materials would be used, and what to expect before and after the work started. The crew did a great job on our new roof and finished the work fast without cutting corners. The shingles look excellent, the workmanship is solid, and the whole project was handled with real professionalism. The cleanup was just as impressive. I have not found nails, old shingles, tar paper, or any leftover mess around the property. Everything was left neat and clean. I also appreciated how smoothly they handled the storm damage roofing work and how seriously they took customer concerns. It is rare to find a roofer that combines strong communication, quality craftsmanship, and respectful service, but this team did exactly that. This is an honest review from a very satisfied customer, and they truly earned the praise for a job well done.

  i help my 89-year-old aunt with things that let her stay safely at home, and one urgent issue was her roof. After a poor roofing install by another roofer, the ridge shingles came loose and blew off during strong storm winds. With more home damage happening at the same time, i did not move fast enough on the roof repair at first. Once another round of bad weather was expected, i knew we needed a roofer right away to protect the house from leaks and water intrusion. A trusted friend recommended a local roofing company, and cameron came out that same afternoon to inspect the roof. Since high winds were expected within a day, the roofing crew returned early the next morning and replaced the missing shingles quickly. In my experience, it can be hard to find roofers willing to fix another contractor’s bad workmanship, but that was not a problem here. malachi in the office listened carefully, helped move us to the top of the schedule, and made sure the repair was handled fast to help prevent major interior water damage. Not long after the first repair, more strong winds affected the roof before the adhesive had fully set, and a few shingles came loose again. When i called, the crew came back the same day, fixed the shingles, and did not charge us anything extra. They also gave us a fair price to replace the chimney cap with a stainless steel cap, which was a smart upgrade for long-term protection. Later, they returned to take care of some flashing sealant work and even looked for a cost-saving way to finish that repair without adding to my aunt’s bill. Throughout the whole process, cameron and malachi were kind, respectful, and easy to work with. They showed real care for a senior homeowner and went above and beyond to keep the roof watertight through heavy rain, wind, and tough weather. Their quick response, honest pricing, and solid roofing work gave us peace of mind, and i would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs dependable roof repair and storm damage service.

  I talked with Malachi from Perry Brothers Roof Repair about a small but tricky leaking roof deck on our home.   This roofing and gutter company was amazing. I called for an estimate on new gutters and downspouts because I needed the work finished quickly for a pending home sale. They returned my call within 30 minutes, and after I explained the urgency, Cameron came out to my home just a couple of hours later to inspect everything and provide a clear estimate. Even with some rainy weather slowing things down for part of the time, the gutter and downspout installation was completed very fast. The crew did excellent work, the price was very fair, and the craftsmanship looked clean and professional. They also provided all the paperwork and documentation I needed to keep my home sale moving on schedule. This was easily one of the best experiences I have had with a roofing and exterior service company in San Antonio. The team was responsive, efficient, and easy to work with from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roofing, gutters, or drainage work, and I would give them 10 stars if I could.

  It was a real pleasure to share this great review after having a new roof and new gutters installed. The whole roofing project went smoothly from start to finish with no issues at all. Everything was handled fast, efficiently, and with real care. In the Texas heat, it was great to have a roofing crew that stayed organized, kept the job moving, and paid attention to every detail.   I had a leak in my bedroom ceiling, and it was clear an earlier roof patch had not been done right. After struggling to hear back from a few roofers and even trying another contractor, I finally reached Cameron, who answered the phone himself every time. He took the time to explain the condition of my roof, what was causing the leak, and the best way to repair it in simple terms. Cameron and another crew member came out just a couple of days after my call, inspected the roofing area, and fixed the problem quickly. Since then, even after heavy Texas rain and storms, the ceiling has stayed completely dry.
