Shawn and David and their roofing crew went above and beyond while helping with our insurance claim and replacing the roof on our home and shop. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and the team stayed late to make sure the property was cleaned up well at the end of each day. Our roof is very large with several tough areas, including multiple slopes and flashing challenges, but they handled everything with real skill and care. We expected the roofing project to take a couple of weeks, yet the crew finished in less than five days without cutting corners, and the new roof looks excellent. Shawn and David also took extra time to inspect our gutters, chimney, and other problem spots, fixing several issues before they could turn into major leaks during heavy rain and strong storms. Their workmanship, communication, and dedication really stood out, and we are very grateful for all of their hard work and roofing expertise.

Great roofing company to work with. We first met them at a home show and were impressed by their roofing knowledge and friendly, no-pressure approach. When Eugene came to our house, the conversation was brief, clear, and focused on what our roof needed. We had also received another roofing estimate that looked flashy but came with a lot of sales talk, took too long, and cost much more. In contrast, this crew kept things simple, explained the shingles and other roofing materials well, and showed why their higher-quality products were a better fit for our home. Scheduling the roof replacement was easy. On install day, the crew was organized, skilled, and worked like a well-run team. Each roofer handled a specific part of the job, and there was no wasted time. We expected the house and two-car garage to take two days, but they finished everything in just one day. They even brought extra help for cleanup, and the property was left spotless. After several rain storms, the new roof has performed perfectly with no leaks or problems. The whole process was smooth, professional, and a great value. We highly recommend them for any roofing work.

We worked with tyrone and the crew at Perry & Sons Roofers Llc for our roof replacement and gutter work in Chicago. They helped us deal with the insurance company and kept the roofing project moving fast and the right way. We had premium CertainTeed shingles installed, and the whole process was explained in simple terms so we knew what to expect with the materials, schedule, and cleanup. There were a few small concerns during the job, but everything was handled well and worked out positively in the end. After the new roof was installed, we reported a minor issue and they were very responsive and fixed it the next day. the crew was polite, the workmanship looked solid, and the gutters and roofline came out great. i would definitely recommend them, and max was easy to talk to while david made sure the final details were done right.

i recently had two roofs replaced on my property, and the whole roofing process was easy and low stress. david made everything simple from the first inspection and explained the roofing work clearly, so i felt confident moving forward without shopping around for other estimates. my good experience started right away with david. the roofing team was very responsive, and from the first visit to the final install, the job moved fast and smoothly. the crew showed up early, worked hard until late, and handled both houses with real care and skill. they put tarps all around the homes to help catch nails and protect the yard during the tear-off and shingle installation. after the work was done, they cleaned up thoroughly and used a magnet sweep, which gave me extra peace of mind. i checked the area myself afterward and could not find any nails. the new roofs look amazing, and the architectural shingles are a big upgrade over basic shingles. the workmanship looks strong, neat, and built to last through illinois weather. before leaving, the crew removed all debris and even moved my kids toys to the deck so the yard stayed organized while they finished cleanup. a few days after the install, david came back to review the completed roofing job, take final photos, and make sure everything met expectations. that follow-up meant a lot and showed real pride in the work. they went above and beyond what i usually expect from a roofer, and i am very pleased with the results. i would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing roof replacement or shingle work.

If I could give even more stars, I would. From my first call to the office to the day the crew arrived, the whole roofing and exterior repair process moved fast and smoothly. I reached out about replacing damaged soffits because animals had gotten into that area, and after temporary netting was put up, the team was onsite right away to complete the repair. They showed up on time, worked hard all day, and finished the soffit replacement in about eight hours. The crew went above and beyond what I expected, checking the surrounding roofline, fascia, and ventilation areas to make sure everything looked secure and properly sealed. They explained the work in simple terms, kept the area clean, and made the whole experience stress-free. I am extremely happy with the quality of the workmanship and how professional everyone was from start to finish. It is rare to find a roofer and exterior repair team that responds this quickly, communicates this well, and delivers such solid results. I highly recommend them to anyone in Chicago needing soffit, fascia, or roofing-related repairs.

Our roof had an ongoing leak after a previous replacement by another roofing contractor, and after trying several repair attempts, we finally chose to replace that section of the roof. The roofing team completed a full inspection, provided a detailed quote, handled the roof replacement, and also took care of some siding repair. The workmanship was excellent, with a clean finished look and solid attention to detail. What really made this roofing company stand out was the communication throughout the project. Tyrone and the crew were responsive, helpful, informative, and genuinely cared about getting the job done right. The estimate was clear and thorough, and the pricing felt fair for the scope of work. The team worked professionally, stayed organized, and did a complete clean-up when everything was finished. Overall, the experience was smooth and reassuring, especially compared to our earlier roofing issues. In Chicago, it is important to have a dependable roof and siding contractor who understands storm-related damage and exterior repairs, and this crew delivered exactly that. Even nearby neighbors were impressed after seeing similar storm repair work completed on other homes. I would highly recommend this company for roofing and siding work in the area.
