Roof was installed in DRIVING RAINSTORM on 8/8/2024; Sawyer out sick; NO SUPERVISOR present; COMMUNICATION difficult w/workers; Spanish not my first language; SHINGLE LIFT was blocking my driveway; tried to explain to workers that I wanted it shut down, and work stopped! POOR VISIBILITY, SLIPPERY, (remnants of Tropical Storm Debby), SAFETY ISSUES; workers continued to work in deluge from 2 pm to approx. 5:30 pm. Days later, shingles curling; contacted Sawyer; he says that INCORRECT NAILS were used on back & front lower roofs; workers hammered in more nails, front/back lower roofs, on I believe, 3 separate occasions; an additional large SCREW was inserted-- visible from street-- hammered into my aluminum siding over front porch?? During the winter, ice formed under the shingles on the front porch roof and "lifted" the shingles. I had never seen this happen on my former roof which was 20 years old. Additionally, Sawyer cut a hole in my large upper roof. He DISCONNECTED my vent from the side of house which was the upstairs bathroom exhaust, which worked perfectly for many years and was working perfectly when he decided to USE MY MATERIALS, and cut a hole in my new large roof. AMATEUR JOB; Sawyer also told me to have an electrician put in a new light/exhaust fan in my bathroom 'cause the one I had wouldn't work! I said it had worked perfectly fine for many years! Of course, he was wrong.

Came to inspect a leak in a roof they installed. Cause of leak was not covered by warranty but in investigating the source of the leak they removed the waterproofing from the hatch on my roof (which was not the source of the leak). Now the …

Impossible to get a hold of most of the time. It's been over a year that we've been dealing with a leaking roof and they've "fixed" it twice. I feel like at this point they're just dodging our calls so I'll have to go to another company. They had originally given us an estimate on a house we were going to buy, so that's the amount the seller gave us at closing. It's now going to cost more than the money we received from the seller (as we already paid that total to Perfection) with another company plus cost of fixing all the damage from the whole year of my roof leaking.

I'm very satisfied with the quality of the work. very professional from start to finish on a somewhat difficult roof replacement with a combination of shingles and rubber roofing on a 140 year old schoolhouse building. The final price was in line with the original cost estimate, with a fair additional cost for removing extra layers of shingles. Repairs to the old rafters and decking were handled well, and the site was left in nice clean shape at the end of each work day. Dave Salzberg Kinderhook, NY

Perfection Roofing did an outstanding job on my full roof and gutter replacement. Professional from start to finish and shoutout to Tommy, who led the job and made sure every detail was done right. Clean work, great communication, and the end result looks fantastic. Warranty’s were solid and pricing beat a handful of other local companies… 11/10

I'm very pleased with my finished roof. I had plywood, shingles & vents put in. Was told it would take 2 days but they worked hard, only took a half hour break, & finished it in one day. I think Palo was surprised. There was no trace of them when they left. Clean-up 100% They are hard working people & deserve a raise. Orlando, the foreman answered my questions & came back the next day to clean the debris in the attic. I recommend them to everyone. My neighbors have been complimenting my roof & are interested in hiring Perfection for their next roof job.

I had such a wonderful experience with Perfection Roofing and would highly recommend their services. I've used them twice, once to help seal a leak and add extra protection that gave my roof a few extra years before needing to be replaced, and a second time 5 years later to do a full replacement. They sent a representative out right away who explained all my options and gave me an estimate within a day. They offered unbeatable pricing with repayment options if needed and a great selection of shingle colors to choose from. Once the work began the crew was quick and efficient and did an excellent job cleaning up after they were finished. My new roof looks great and I feel confident it'll last for years to come.

Their estimate was 20% lower than 3 other estimates I received. But since they did a roof for me 3 years earlier I had them do it. If it had not been for the previous job I would have thought it suspicions. But they did another beautiful job. Thanks. Almost sorry I am out of houses that need roofs.

I recently had a skylight leak and reached out to Perfection Roofing—I'm so glad I did. From the moment I called, they were responsive and reassuring, letting me know they’d get someone out as quickly as possible. They arrived the very next morning and had everything fixed the same day. This leak was in an area with furniture and rugs, so I was really worried about potential water damage. Their quick response gave me so much peace of mind. Not only were they efficient, but they were also incredibly kind and professional. They took the time to walk me through what was causing the issue and explained how they fixed it. I highly recommend Perfection Roofing for their prompt service, clear communication, and quality work.

Perfection Roofing installed a new standing seam roofs on our house and garage. They took care of all permitting, neatly removed old roofs, made all necessary repairs to existing plywood, full ice and water shield, all new flashing and drip edge, adjusted existing gutters to correct height and installed standing seam roofs. They look amazing and needless to say nothing leaks. They left our property perfectly clean before departing. A pleasure to do business with and I would gladly use them again.

My scope of work would have entailed having to hire 3 separate contractors; chimney, roofing with solar fan and gutters with Alurex caps. Perfection Roofing covered all 3 of my projects and does not subcontract any of it out. Each of my projects had a knowledgeable dedicated foreman and they kept each other up to date as needed. The foremen provided me with photo updates each step of the way. The foremen and their crews were dedicated to doing a great job, they were efficient and the workmanship was solid. I commend the owner of Perfection Roofing, Paulo Martins and his "Perfect Team" (with a capital "P") from his Office staff, Sales, and the rest of his team to making sure the customer is always satisfied! Would use again, highly recommend. 5 Shining Stars!
