normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with Center Construction Roofing was frustrating enough that I felt other homeowners should know what they’re getting into. From start to finish, the communication was poor and incredibly inconsistent. I was given one timeline when I signed the contract, then watched that timeline get pushed back repeatedly with little explanation. When the crew finally did show up, the work felt rushed and sloppy. Several areas of the roof still looked uneven, and I even found leftover materials and debris around my yard after they left. Trying to get someone to come back out and address the issues took multiple calls and messages, and even then, the follow-up felt half-hearted. For the amount I paid, I expected professionalism and basic attention to detail — neither of which I received. I can only speak from my experience, but I would not hire Center Construction Roofing again and would recommend that others think twice before choosing them.

Showed up unprepared to do the job. Then canceled the job as the work crew couldn’t get on the same page as the office staff. Very frustrating.

Hi Michael Wise, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced. We strive to provide clear communication and top-quality service, and it’s clear we fell short in this instance. The issue arose because we are not licensed electricians and cannot legally connect the electrical part of the vent. This led to an unfortunate miscommunication between our team and the office staff. Please contact me directly at 518-526-8613 or Centerconstruction518@gmailcom, so we can discuss how to resolve this situation and make it right for you. Thank you, Ruth Gonzalez

Called for an estimate. I was scheduled an appointment for 10:00 am. No one called or showed up. I called at 10:15 am got a VM and I left a message. I didn't get a call until 1:00 pm telling me she could not reach her contractor. I told her never mind I already called another company. Very unprofessional company.

  Reply from the business

Dear Robyn, We apologies for the misunderstanding regarding your appointment scheduled for Monday, the 13th. However, after reviewing our conversation, we noticed that you had mentioned you would confirm your availability to work from home and be present for the appointment either by Friday of last week or Monday early morning. As discussed, if your boss didn’t grant you permission to work from home on Monday, we had tentatively planned to reschedule for Thursday or Friday of this week. Since we didn’t receive confirmation from you, we didn’t consider the Monday appointment as scheduled. We were waiting to hear back from you to finalize the arrangement. We attempted to call you today to discuss this further, but unfortunately, the call was cut short. We are eager to resolve this issue and would appreciate it if you could please call our office so we can discuss a suitable solution. We value your clients time and appreciate your understanding in this matter. We look forward to hearing from you soon. Best regards, Hernan Morocho

I am extremely satisfied with the work you completed. From the initial estimate to the end of the job, the entire process took less than three weeks—which is remarkably fast, especially considering the necessary permits that had to be obtained. You kept me updated every step of the way, either by phone or email. Everyone involved, from the office staff to the crew, was consistently courteous, professional, and respectful. I give you five stars and would highly recommend your services.
