  In 2006 All Conditions replaced our 23 square roof with 30-year shingles. Shortly after that several fell off. They returned and replaced them with a charge. The problem has persisted and required several small repairs. Now shingles are actually falling off on their own. See picture of area where three have already fallen off. When I first called they were polite and said that someone would call me. When noone called I called them. They told me that me that they “are not doing repairs” and my warrantee was long expired. Shingles just don’t fall off without wind or other factors unless they were not installed properly. Be careful who you hire. A roof should last a long time and not need replacement until the shingle are worn.

  I’ve owned this business 25 years and have never had a bad review. I have always taken care of every customer even if their warranty has expired. This person we have never worked for and we have never heard of these problems till now. In 2006 we gave 10 year Labor warranties and never repaired any problems for this person to date. This person called saying he would sue us the first words out his mouth so we told him we could not help him. He screamed and was very ugly to Elvira. Elvira that I was sitting on the side of told him we could not help him because he constantly was rude. I will always bend over backwards for people and their roofing issues until you are to blatantly rude to deal with

  Called to ask about potentially buying used EPDM from a job. The lady who answered was very rude and told me she "Did not have time for this." Very unprofessional way to do business. I would not ever use this company for any work I would need done. Update: Owner called to harass me about leaving a poor review. Extremely unprofessional company. Second Update after Owner Replied: I am not a phone scammer. As you can see I have submitted other reviews on local companies. I asked a simple question to a business and was answered to in a rude, unprofessional, condescending tone. The owner proceeded to call me from 2 different phone number screaming and swearing at me. Phone scammers don't take time to submit detailed reviews or responses to companies harassing them. I will be submitting a formal complaint to the BBB for this. Not only was I harrassed by the owner, but now he submits a reply that is a lie and accused me to being a phone scammer.

  Ryan Whitaker calls my Company with some phone scam and we tell him we are not interested and he gives us a bad Review. It’s exhausting working from morning to night 7 days a week to make sure all of our customers are pleased with the best service we can offer and we sometimes have to deal with unprofessional phone scams that obviously affect all the hard work that we do. We will continue putting 100 percent of everything we have into pleasing our customers and potential customers no matter what negative troll Attempts to discourage our company and our good name.

  I called to get an estimate being a general contractor and they didn't take me serious all they cared about was who was paying them and how they were getting paid and then proceeded to tell me that they weren't interested because we weren't the home owners as if they aren't going to get paid. Very unprofessional and rude on the phone. Very disappointed !!! Add on to response: I am a real estate agent not with century 21 and I am also a general contractor which I was way before being an agent. I called one time and they dismissed me immediately because I told them the house was bank owned and they immediately wanted nothing to do with it, not because I wasnt the homeowner. Please get your facts in line before commenting. I'm sure your work is great but your customer service is embarrassing.

  Charles is not a sub contractor he is a Real Estate Agent that I had to call his boss at Century 21 Alliance Realty in NJ because he has Been calling and harassing my company for a FREE roof estimate that I had told him we only do for home owners. Elvira which is the biggest sweetheart in the world was cursed at by Charles because we told him he is not the homeowner so we can not do an estimate for him. We googled his name and phone number and told him he is a real estate agent and not a sub contractor that he said he was yesterday and today he said he was the homeowner which he is neither one of them. Just look at all my other reviews that are from home owners and you will know what people really think of this company. I love all my customers and I work myself to death for them.

  Jason, Elvira, and their entire roofing crew were fantastic. From start to finish, they were responsive, professional, and easy to work with. On the day of the job, they arrived right on time, handled the removal and cleanup with care, and made sure the new roof was installed correctly. They even cleaned my gutters as a courtesy, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

  Jason, Elvira, and the team did a great job. Installation took a day. Price was better than other companies. They were very professional and communicative. They also worked with me to reschedule the new roof after needing to have my old chimney and flue replaced (which came up suddenly). The need for new gutters came up while removing the old roof materials. The old, cheap gutters were screwed into the old roof. They had the gutters replaced a few days later. My wife and I are very pleased with the work.
