Stay away if I was you - Roof failed within 3 years. Ironically their own employee warned me it would when it was installed. I've subsequently had several roof inspections and the result was the same - these guys did less than the expected …

Hi Tim, We’re sorry to see your recent review and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Following the work completed at your home in July 2024, you brought an issue to our attention. We coordinated a follow-up visit and returned in October 2024 to carry out all necessary repairs under our warranty, at no additional cost to you. This included not only resolving the original concern, but also completing additional improvements such as an eavestrough section, two connected downspouts, and other minor upgrades. At that time, you indicated you were satisfied with the results, and based on that—and the fact that it has now been approximately 18 months—we understood the matter to be resolved. For that reason, we were surprised to see this review, particularly as we have not received any further communication from you regarding any outstanding concerns. If something has changed, we would have genuinely appreciated the opportunity to address it directly, as we have done previously. We take matters like this—and our clients’ satisfaction—very seriously, and we stand behind the work we perform. We have attempted to contact you by phone and text to discuss this and work toward a resolution, but have not heard back from you. Our goal is always to deliver quality workmanship and dependable service, and we remain committed to resolving any issues for our customers. Please feel free to reach out to us at your convenience so we can better understand your concerns and make things right. Perfect Choice Roofing & Eavestrough

Our first experience with Perfect Choice Roofing and we are so glad we selected them to replace our first. They were by far, the most cost effective. Tony, our primary contact, was very sincere, polite and answered all our questions thoroughly. They did not try to sell us things we didn’t need. Tony always picked up the phone when we called, before and after the job. The work was impeccable - and they cleaned up everything so well! Very happy and absolutely recommend their services!

My experience with Perfect Choice Roofing and Eavestroughs was a great experience from the start. I called, didn't leave a message and Anthony called back within an hour and scheduled to do a site inspection the same day with Tony to discuss the scope of my project. I was provided with an itemized quote which was easy to understand for roof replacement on 2 buildings as well as eavestroughs on a 210' long barn. I was provided with the exact cost of the project, time to complete was one day as well as how many workers would be onsite. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Updates were prompt with the starts date and they arrived on time to start the job. Work was done properly and they cleaned up the site once they were done. The attention to detail and workmanship was amazing. They took their time to repair and replace any damaged wood they found due to the age of our buildings. The finished product was done right and I am very happy with the finished results. I would have no reservation in recommending Anthony, Tony and their crew at Perfect Choice Roofing and Eavestroughs to anyone looking for a company that does roofing and eavestroughs right. You will be as happy as I am with how nice everything looks. Thanks again for getting the job done.

Windy day yesterday caused a piece of our roof siding to come loose. Called Perfect Choice Roofing as they were located in the neighbourhood. Got a quick quote over the phone and Michael came and patched it up for a reasonable price.

We got our gutters, soffits and fascia all changed by Perfect Choice and they did an amazing job! We also got gutter guards installed to help with the leaves. The team was professional, cleaned up, worked very hard and made the whole experience outstanding! We would recommend them for roofing and any aluminum jobs!!
