Just watched one of their workers throw their cigarette butt into the lawn of the property they are working on. Unprofessional and littering. Hire them if you want cigarette butts all over your neighborhood apparently.

Requested numerous time for a quote after the guys came and looked at my roof. Disappointing since my roof is leaking and was hoping they would fix it.

Hello Emma We sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused. We did send the estimate, but it looks like there was a miss typo in the email address, which led to the miscommunication. We understand how urgent a leaking roof is, and we regret any inconvinience this delay may have caused. We've corrected the issue and resend the estimate right away. Please feel free to reach out to us to confirm receipt or if there's anything else we can do to assist you. We appreciate the opportunity to make this right.

Called for an estimate. He came quickly but then never sent the estimate. I talked to him on the phone. He said he sent it. I asked him to send it again. Then he ghosted me.

I trusted Francisco with our roof replacement the day he came out to look at the job. I didn't feel like I was being sold something I didn't need at all. They got the job done the week he said they would even though it was 100 degrees up there every day. Very impressed with Perez roofing!!

Perez Roofing was professional, courteous, and responsive. The estimate by drone was clear and simple, and they were quick in providing a quote and answers to questions. This was a tough job. A shingle roof replacement on a very tall single-family home with a steeply pitched roof with restricted access due to trees in front and back. The workers were on time, efficient, and effective and provided updates throughout and picture/video backup.

Free quotes, but $475 minimum call out afterwards and roof replacement color is nowhere close to matching; but great that they warn you beforehand.

Thank you, Kai, we really appreciate the 5-star review and your feedback! At Perez Roofing & Masonry, we always believe in being upfront and honest from the start so there are no surprises. As mentioned, with roof repairs, especially on existing shingles, color matching may not be exact, but we always make sure to communicate that ahead of time. We had an excellent experience with Perez Roofing! After researching several other companies, we decided to go with Perez Roofing and are so happy we chose to work with them to replace our flat roof. From the very beginning, their responsiveness stood out—especially when we were dealing with an active leak. They quickly addressed our inquiry and took immediate action, which made a stressful situation much more manageable. What really set them apart was their willingness to go beyond just the roofing work. They proactively helped address an HVAC-related issue that could have easily been overlooked, demonstrating both expertise and a genuine commitment to doing the job right. Throughout the entire process, communication was clear, consistent, and professional. We always knew what to expect and felt confident in their work every step of the way. Highly recommend Perez Roofing for their reliability, thoroughness, and customer-focused approach.
