Among those are the type of material you choose, the rest of your roofing system's components, your roof's accessibility, the amount of decking that needs replacement, your roof pitch, how we may need to protect your property, the size and complexity of your roof, and our ability to pay our team members who are working on your roof a fair wage.

  Hi War, In our numerous communications with you regarding your roof, you assumed full responsibility from the outset when our representative advised you that your roof was leaking to the point where patchwork would not be an acceptable longterm solution and that your roof would continue to leak unless you had it replaced in full. As you will recall from the agreement you signed with our business, you were very well aware that the professional advice provided to you was that any patchwork done over the leaking spots would fail and that the best way to fix your roof and to provide adequate protection for your entire property was to have the roof fully replaced -- whether that work was done by our company or another roofing company. We followed correct protocol in doing what we would have done for any customer, which was to advise them of the correct way to fix the roof from the beginning. We have your contract on file and are happy to speak with you to go over the details you were advised about and agreed to.

  The representative is very rude and not professional, don't waste your time with this company, the lady that pick up the phone feels like she doesn’t care much about this company, I believe her name is wedy or wendy, if this is the way they do over the phone I can imagine in person.

Furthermore, our representatives come to a site, evaluate the work that needs to be done, and give you their professional recommendations. While it is your choice to utilize whichever roofing company you feel most comfortable with, our team works with our clients in a professional manner every time our phone rings and every time we send someone out to evaluate a job.

  Paid $2,000 to fix leak on roof. .roof still leaked. When they cane back to refix it, they wanted more money. Scammed us an elderly couple and never fixed the probkem

  Customer facing representatives leave me no choice, but to guess at the following... either management has no clue how their sales folks handle their customers, or they are picking and choosing jobs more profitable to them and ignoring less profitable requests. My experience is similar to an attempted used car purchase ...before even scheduling the work, they tried to set up an appointment with a 2nd sales person with presumably more financial experience. After 3 weeks of contacting them, I still did not have the opportunity to schedule roof replacement, because they did not follow up as promised to have me speak with the finance guy (2nd sales guy) for supposed 0% financing if qualified. They know I'm trying to prevent further damage to my home.. I ended up getting 2 other quotes, in a shorter amount of time, that were significantly lower in price. 2 stars because they did a great job with repair in the past. However, there is no good excuse for my attempted roof replacement experience. Communication with the customer was poor, and they did not repect my wasted time.

  Paul Wright did our roof in 1 day. They were all very professional and thorough. They cleaned up after the job was completed and had someone follow up a few days later to make sure we were pleased with their work. I would recommend them to anyone interested in replacing their roof.

  I recently purchased an older home with a slate Roof, I called Paul Wright Roofing company a month before I purchased the home, 2 days after I moved in, Sal showed up with his magical drone and did a full evaluation of the condition of our new poorly maintained roof. He walked me through all the pros and cons of a slate Roof and the maintenance involved, He also gave me some quotes on a new roof with standard shingles and fancy new shingles that look like slate! We chose to repair the Slate roof we currently have, It goes well with the house and neighborhood. The Slate crew that fixed over 120-140 slate on our roof were very professional efficient and great! I would recommend this company to Anyone considering A roofing company in the area! Especially Slate! It’s nice to see a solid company that shows up when they say they are going to, provides professional communication and performance! Thanks guys for making our roofing experience with you very easy and informative! See you next year for our Slate maintenance!! 5Stars All Day Long!!

  I am not a customer of Paul Wright Roofing but wanted to write a review after a positive experience I had with their customer service line and manager Greg. My neighbors recently had a roof done and following the service I had a concern about an area of my roof that was affected. After writing a note and sending in a request to be contacted last night via their website, Greg called me this morning and arranged for one of his serviceman to come out and correct the minor issue today. Greg was very patient, kind, and listened. In addition, his serviceman was very skilled and respectful while on my property.

Job was done in one day. A few days later, Will and Paul came to replace about 48 SLATE tiles on our main roof. Another job completed in one day.   Had a very thorough slate roof inspection done by Sal with a drone, friendly office staff to set repairs, and unfortunately I forget their names, but the two guys who did my slate repair were no-nonsense and got everything done quickly and answered additional questions I had about my roof. Learning that if you have a slate roof, you need a 'slate guy'. Also liked that most of these guys are local and know the Allentown area home build quirks.

  I had a chimney removed to below the roof line, a satellite dish removed from my roof and a leak fixed. The roof looks like it was never touched, beautiful! No mess they called to confirm the day before,showed up on time. Sal the roof repair appraiser was professional easy to talk to and understanding about my concerns. I highly recommend Paul Wright roofing. Thank you.

  I had a salesman come to my home and was told "I would like to sell you a roof, but you don't need one yet." That was an honest appraisal. Four years later, the salesman returned and this time I did need a new roof. The work was scheduled promptly and six men did all the work by mid-afternoon.
