  Property Damage-Unprofessional and Rude in my opinion. My neighbor had this company install a new roof. The contractor the company hired damaged my lawn and water pipe by driving onto my lawn. NO ONE said anything to me about it. Luckily I have security cameras. I went out to take photos of the damage and the owner showed up. Confronted me (tried to intimidate me?) and told me, "Did you wake up this morning looking to cause trouble?" Seriously? My property gets damaged and I'm the one looking to cause trouble? Keep in mind I wasn't using any foul language or screaming at the top of my lungs. What was I supposed to do? Say it's okay you and yours weren't ever going to say anything? Was there a prescribed manner in which was only acceptable to him? Never fixed anything as I refused to give him my phone number when I asked for him to mail me everything. As if I would want him to have my phone number. Disappointing behavior and not in line with the company's name/logo? So I guess the question to you is, do you want your neighbors mad at you?

  Scam. Beware of this company. They do not provide the services they guarantee and do a terrible job. Wouldn't recommend to anybody.

  I came to In The Light Roofing after a previous contractor took my insurance deposit and never did a single day of work. By the time I called John, I was jumpy and suspicious of everyone. I was waiting for the catch. There wasn’t one. John told me early on that they were on my side, and then he actually behaved that way. He dealt with my insurance adjuster directly and promptly, went back and forth with him for over a week, and submitted a properly documented supplement with photos and manufacturer letters. Every single point where another contractor could have fudged something or quietly padded a number, they were open with me instead. When they opened the roof and found rotted plywood and framing, they called me first, quoted it before proceeding, and then came in well under their own estimate because they found ways to reuse materials. Nobody would have known if they hadn’t. They told me anyway. They were flexible on the contract, answered every question I had — and I had a lot — and never once made me feel like I was being difficult for asking. Everyone I dealt with, from John to the office to the crew, was professional and genuinely kind. The site was covered in tarps, and the cleanup afterward was spotless. I never expected to trust a roofing contractor again. I would use them tomorrow if I had another roof.

  This was a great company to work with from start to finish. Open to answer any questions you have and check ins are often for any additional questions. Crew was great when they arrived for install and did an amazing job with the clean up afterwards.

  Really appreciated working with this company. They were honest and more than willing to help me with all the needs and requests from my insurance company. Workmanship was great! Job is awesome!

  from start to finish....estimate,tour of company,warehouse,office staff,quality of work, superior materials,pictures of work progress...finish progress,cleanup, followup call, followup visit....there is no other recommendation but 5 stars..THATS IT !!

  GREAT service. on time in the morning at 7 sharp Really good workmanship. the crew worked together as a team Job took a little more than 5 hours after they were set up. they cleaned up well after the job was done. took pictures while doing job and sent them to my e-mail so i can watch the progress of the job Also got a refund because not all the plywood was used up the crew were very nice, great JOB in all. a ten out of 10 for me GREAT JOB WELL DONE! also Hunter who sold me the job was very nice. he called me to see who i was doing while i was waiting for the job to begin (Thanks Hunter.)
